Fell short of expectations

Heating system very erratic and fan (very noisy) never stopped until the day we left. Room stayed very warm no matter what the setting. Very confusing and no one to help. You should make the guests know that there is no housekeeping service including towel service. For 800 to 900 a night that should be addressed, TVs very confusing. Not easy to operate. No written directions for them. You would think that you would have a proper shower instead of a small handheld. Jacuzzi outside was not very hot, a bit hotter than warm and the timers were only 25 Mn settings . The condo was very stark..needed to have a more cozy feeliong.

Quick ski getaway

Silver Strike Lodge is great. This is probably the most truly ski in/ski out place that I have ever stayed - literally just walk out the door and you are at the lift. Was even more convenient because of all the dining restrictions due to COVID - was able to skin back for lunch every day. Only downside is the noise - lots of construction on nearby properties- seems to go from 7-7. And because you are right on the trail, the snow grooming is audible at night/morning. One day it was 10 pm, the next 6 am. But all in all, enjoyed the stay!

misleading

I would advertise this unit as strictly handicap accessible. This unit is not geared for normal everyday use as there are no shelves or tables to make it practical, since the space is designed for wheelchairs. The bed was way too small for a couple in order to accomodate wheelchairs and the bathroom had no areas for toiletries for the same reason. Otherwise, the amenities in this building are very nice. Great location.
