KBM Resorts is proud to represent this charming 1-bedroom, 2-bath Copperbottom Inn. This mountain retreat is perfect for a couple or small family or, if renting several of our 9 units, for groups traveling together. Enjoy a good book and snuggle into a blanket next to the crackling wood fireplace. This unit comes with a Free-Standing A/C in the living room.
Within this upgraded, 600-square-foot residence, your family will feel right at home, with all the comforts one would expect. Guests enjoy access to a common hot tub and sauna on-site. Indoor Common Hot tub (Open June - September and December - April 15). The condo sleeps 2 in beds, 3 with sofabed. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs) Kitchen: Start your day in the boutique-size kitchenette with all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury vacation rental. Your kitchenette also features a small stainless oven and dishwasher. There is a table set for three. Living: After an active day playing golf, mountain biking, or skiing/boarding, come home and relax in the comfy family room and relax by the crackling wood fireplace. Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private deck, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub.
The bedroom features a warm duvet and luxury 400-thread-count linens, pillows and a flatscreen TV. Bathrooms: There is an additional bathroom with a dual bathtub and shower.
There is a sofa bed in the living room (not to exceed 70lbs). Please do not exceed the sleeping capacity of 4 in this property. Parking: One parking space outside is available, but with just steps to the free city-wide shuttle, transportation is a snap. Location:

The unit was as described in the listing. The location is very convenient to the Park City Mtn base area; a shuttle bus stop is right outside the building, and it's a 2 minute ride to the mountain.

Great access & the unit did not disappoint
Great location & easy access. The u it did not disappoint. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows & blankets. The unit was also very quiet with no outside noise coming through.

great location, beautiful place
A very great place in a perfect location. The location a is almost impossible to beat - you are in center of everything, plus there is a bus station just across the street, and the bus in Park City is free plus it works until 2 AM. The condo offers a full size kitchen and a living room with a fire place that is using real wood and the best part it is that the the wood (plenty of it) it was provided by the host. The view of the mountain is another thing really hard to beat. I really recommend this place and we hope to be back very soon. Florin from Palm Springs, CA.

Clean, well stocked room, check in a little rough
Whatever may be the reason, we did not have the code to get in this building upon our arrival. We had to stand outside in the cold calling different phone numbers until finally someone was able to help us and send us the code. Beyond that incident though, the room was just what we needed. The little kitchen was stocked with all cook wear we may have needed. The room overall felt very clean and well attended to. We had more than enough towels and wash cloths. Overall, good experience (minus the check in incident)

great unit and location
Very clean. We didn't have to clean anything when we arrived (typically we do at most vacation rentals). The owner immediately responded to texts during our arrival and stay. We like to walk a lot, so being on the 'edge' of town was great. Great bed, nice bathrooms/kitchen, great entryway for all the ski gear and clothing when you come and go. perfect parking at the front door of the small building this condo is in. Never an issue with it. 3 ski gear shops within a block of us. Grocery and liquor stores within 3 blocks. Easy drive to nearby all sorts of shopping and dining. About a 5 minute drive to Deer Valley where we skied several days. We will seek this unit out on our return trips!
