Quiet condo close to the action
Well maintained and very well-equipped property, with a gorgeous view and close to the elevator, plus it is on the free bus route in Park City! We had two adults and two kids (7 and 9), and there was plenty of room for all of us. Double vanities in both baths, very comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and more necessities in the kitchen than one might think of! The management team was quick to respond and were pleasant as well. I found Google Maps easier for the bus route than the My Stop app. Remember to let the bus driver know when you want to exit, and pull the line :). We enjoyed being super close to PC Mountain Resort and historic downtown. Summer vacation here was a dream. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo, great location
Perfect place to ski at Park City. Property was great, clean, spacious and easy to access. Location was an A+ few minute walk to the lift. Lots of walkable food options around and only a 15 min walk to downtown

Great property
Very comfortable condo! We loved how accessible it is to main street and the movie theater (we were there for Sundance film festival). Property was clean and the perfect size for two people. Would definitely stay here again next year.

Great stay!
We were so happy with our stay! The staff at Park City Rental Properties was incredible. They were very accessible and sent very thorough emails with confirmation, check-in/out, and area information. They did everything they could to accommodate our early check-in and check-out requests. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was well-stocked and the location was unbeatable. We opted not to rent a car and used a car service to get to Park City from the airport. We used the free bus system several times (the bus stop is right out front) and walked to places like the mountain base, the ski rental shop (in the same parking lot as the condo!), the grocery store, Starbucks, and the most delicious ramen we've ever had. The rental company even let us store our luggage at their office downtown when we needed to kill time before our ride back to the airport arrived. Such a great experience for our first time in Park City!

Comfortable and easy condo
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. All info came efficiently and it was really easy getting set up. The condo is comfortable, clean and just right for a family of 4. Location is convenient for food shops, coffee etc and there is a ski shop next door. The free bus is brilliant for getting into and out of town, and to the slopes. It is in any case only a 5-10 min walk from the main lifts. Would thoroughly recommend.

Only problem was…. We were given the wrong code to get into the All Seasons Bldg lobby so we were freezing in less than 10 degree weather at night and waited on the phone for over 30 minutes with the after ours employee trying to figure out why our code won’t work. ( after he verified all my info and I knew my code for my unit) no one came it went and it was only 8:30 pm at night but very stressful situation. I just don’t understand how I was given the wrong all seasons entrance code in written text!! Yikes!!

Great place to stay for skiing
Very clean property, communication with management was very fast and helpful. Great location. Not ski in ski out but 5 minute walk to slopes or there is a bus stop right outside. Parking was very helpful and there is a ski rental shop right next door. The property was quiet. We had an infant with us and we were very comfortable.

We had a great stay. The photos are an accurate representation of the property. There is a bus pick up right outside the door which was very convienent. Park City has a great, free transit service. The view from the property is beautiful. The only drawback was the elevator was not working which was a mild inconvienence with our bags. Other than that, we would stay here again.

Week long stay in September
The condo is very nice with beautiful views of the golf course and mountains. Proximity to the Starbucks (my daughter is addicted), bus stop, downtown and other amenities make this a perfect location. A few minor concerns (showerhead wasn’t great and the jets didn’t work in the master bath) but nothing that impeded our vacation. We ADORED everything about Utah and had the most perfect weather while there. Thank you for a great place to lay our heads while we enjoyed all that Park City has to offer.

Very Nice and Comfortable Condo Apartment
Spent a week in Park City at this condominium unit. It was clean, well furnished, well equiped, and comfortable. Communications with the rental agent were smooth and efficient. Beautiful view of Park City Mountain and a golf course from the dining and living room windows. We would definitely stay here again.

Not just for skiing.
The condo was adequately stocked and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, but all of the pillows were extremely worn, stained and flat. Loved the electronic blinds! The condo had plenty of towels, including pool towels. The deck is in dire need of repair. A bike rack would be a nice addition. The laundry room was clean and affordable at $1.50 per machine, however, it isn't easy finding quarters. The pool was closed for the first 4 days of our visit, which would have been great to know prior, especially since I asked if the pool would be open. The pool has jets and is warm/heated, but is not a hot tub, and there is not hot tub on site. We stayed in May. This property is in a great location to see many sites beyond Park City. It was 30 minutes to Provo, where we fished the Provo River. We also enjoyed the ski lifts in Sundance where we then hiked to different waterfalls.

Park City - Walking distance to main ski village
This condo was perfect for me and my husband and son and daughter. It was nice having a second bedroom with two beds and en suite bathrooms. It was the perfect amount of space for 4. The condo is conveniently located near the Pay Day (main PC village) to walk too. If you are ok walking about a mile to Main Street, it is possible and easier coming home since down hill. Check in was seamless. The only issue we had was running out of hot water when we used the hot tub in the master suite.

Nice condo with lower quality kitchen items
We were overall happy with the unit however some of the kitchen items were lower quality. The coffee maker was a $20 coffee maker (unable to remove the pot while it brewed), the pans were thin and items would burn easily, water glasses were thin and wobbly on the table. I’ve were disappointed by the kitchen items but we were overall pleased with the unit.

WE thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom unit. Location, upkeep, amenities, close to lift , etc.... We made due without a car and found the distance to restaurants and the market was an easy walk. We plan to come back again!

Great location for price
The Condo was nice and clean and recently updated. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the lifts in ski boots. We were given the wrong door code to the building which was a pain when we showed up, but another guest let us in and gave us the correct code. They also list a hot tub in the amenities but there is no hot tub, although the pool is pretty warm and people use it as a hot tub.

Nice spacious and clean place close to PC Resprt.
Place was great - only thing I would improve on was communication leading up to stay. I did not get the instructions and agreement till I called on way there. Once I called they came through quickly and were responsive. Great stay otherwise - clean, comfortable, location and had all needed kitchen utensils . Would be nice if had coffee provided like hotels but thats a perk!!
