Come and stay at one of the largest resorts in the United States. Rising five stories above the heart of Canyons Resort Village, the Sundial Lodge is in the center of all the action at The Canyons. A short drive from Utah Olympic Park and FREE shuttle to downtown Park City. Only 35 minutes from the airport.
Enjoy our year round condo that comfortably sleeps six guests. We’re steps to the mountains, gondolas, and lifts, overlooking the free summer concerts, movies on the mountain, the new 2015 golf course, and weekly Farmers Market. Right outside the door, you’ll find restaurants, bars, shops, and a minimart.

Slope-side perfection
This condo is perfection! We stayed with our 2 teenage sons for a week of skiing (during the first ever ski patrol strike). This condo was our haven. Cozy beds (including the pullout), slippers/robes for after an outdoor hot tub soak at the end of the day, ample towels, all the kitchen amenities you can imagine (even adult treats awaiting us in the fridge and chips/salsa as a welcome treat.) The newly renovated bathrooms (with 2 shower heads in the guest bath) were gorgeous. Heated floors for the win! We found no need to rent a car b/c of the ideal location at the base of Orange Bubble express and Gondola. We brought our ski gear and ubered from the airport, instacarted groceries (super easy), took a bus into town (fantastic app to tell you when it arrives - easy access via the cabriolet), and at the end of a 9-4pm ski day relaxed in the hot tub before a delish dinner either in the condo or at a nearby place. (Pendry has a perfect apres ski scene.) Caroline gave us an incredible list of restaurants and was a 5-star host with communication. Grateful and blessed we found this condo - our family time (even waiting in the crazy lift lines b/c of the strike) was 10/10. Highly recco this condo. We will be back!

Caroline was extremely helpful and responsive with the process from start to finish. The condo was accurately depicted, and full of amenities- more than. Most VRBOs. Location was perfect for our family with two teenage boys who took full advantage of the pool and hot tub. Super close to the gondola!

Wonderful time and already planning next year
We had two small kids and this was great for drop off at daycare and ski school. The location is perfect - 2 minutes to RPG, 3 to orange bubble. There are a handful of restaurants within a minute of the condo but we mainly cooked. The host was extremely responsive and made arrangements to have both a booster seat and pack-n-play. We have already booked for next year.

Wonderful Park City Condo
We had such a wonderful stay. I have stayed at several Vrbo’s and this by far was the best experience. The condo felt like home and the condo was so well stocked with little things like salt and pepper and oil to cook. We brought our own as most places never have these but it was so nice to feel like you had everything you needed. When coming back to the area, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us

All the extras!
This property has a great location for skiing the Canyons side. We arrived with limited trails open due to snowfall, and were able to navigate the shuttle system very easily for skiing the Park City village and for dinner reservations throughout the city. This condo has ALL the extras with plenty of linens, heated floors, accessible hot tub, and space to spread out. The front desk was very helpful and much simpler than the typical home rental where keys are picked up at an alternate location. There’s a great ski valet in the lobby for convenience when you’re tired at the end of the day. The host is helpful and communicative. We’ve stayed in many ski condos throughout the Rockies, and this was one of our top accommodation experiences.

Wonderful stay in a fabulous location
Beautiful, well kept property with all the amenities of home! We appreciated the snacks on the table, and the well-stocked kitchen which made cooking easy and convenient. Beautiful property in great location
We had a great stay. We do have one suggestion. This is a 5 edroom house and we had a number of family members stay with us. There was just one small roll of paper towels and each bathroom had just one roll of toilet paper--not nearly enough for a 4 night stay. When we called, we were brought more fairly promptly, but it would be nice to stock the house with a few extra paper products.

Fantastic property! This cozy condo is just right for our family of four. It’s got enough space for relaxing and eating after a day on the slopes. Great for the family! Loved this place.
It’s just what we were looking for in a rental condo. Close to slopes and “homey”. The beds were comfortable, linens were plentiful, and they had all the amenities we needed. Also, there was nice stock of spices, pots and pans, and dishes if you plan cooking in.

Cozy ski home at The Canyons at Park City!
Dates of stay: March 6 – 10, 2022 Location: This unit is in the Sundial Lodge which is just steps away from ski lifts, restaurants, ski rentals and shops. We did not have a car but there is garage parking and even on foot one can access downtown Park City via the town’s free bus service and the Canyon’s complimentary shuttle. Unit Layout: Roomy living area with dining table, full kitchen, and hallway to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Lots of towels, bathrobes (for heading to the pool & hot tubs), pots, pans, and utensils. All appliances, lights, TVs, showers, etc. worked great – no issues. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the whole unit was attractively decorated. Overall, it was a home-away-from-home with world-class skiing just outside! An aspect of the experience that really impressed us was the Sundial’s “Ski Lounge”. Located just inside the reception area, this “lounge” is where you can check your skis and boots in/out and store your shoes while skiing. No charge, but the attendants were excellent, and we tipped well. It was really nice to have a simple/easy/safe way to store your gear without having to lug it up to your room or some far-away locker. It also meant you could easily make multiple outings to ski in the same day. Lastly, the communications with the host/manager and front-desk were great – responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again, even though we preferred the skiing on the Park City “side” of the resort.

One of the best rental properties
This was one of the best rental properties we’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect - steps away from a lift and gondola. The condo was well furnished and had everything we needed. There were some nice touches like bath salts and bubble bath in the bathroom, snacks in the kitchen, candles throughout, humidifiers available. We really annoyed our stay.
