This immaculate home has a front balcony overlooking Historic Old Town, a private fenced backyard with an 8-seat 100-jet Jacuzzi, gas grill, patio furniture and radiant-heated patio floors and walkways. This home is located perfect in Historic Old Town, a block from Main Street and just 5 minutes to the Deer Valley Ski Resort and The Canyons Ski Resort. 4 homes away, there is a stairwell that leads 60 steps down to Main Street and 180 steps up to Sweeney's Switchback ski trail.

Wonderful house
We stayed over MLK weekend and had the most wonderful time. The house is perfect for a big group, there are plenty of rooms and bathrooms. We had 10 adults and only one pair shared a full bath. The kitchen, living room, dining room are all open and spacious. We had a couple of minor issues, like a door handle coming off and the pilot light on the fire not being on on arrival and the concierge was prompt and maintenance was dispatched to fix the issues within a couple of hours. We had a wonderful trip and would stay again anytime!

Perfect for Family
House was great, perfect size for our family. A few issues we ran into and why I ranked the way I did. 1. Clothes were left in a closet from previous guest 2. The fireplace on main level didn't work and it took three days to get it corrected. 3. The on-line information states the bedroom with crib is a king, it's a queen size bed. The location was amazing and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and ski lift. The house itself was awesome, with heated tiles, plenty of space for our family of ten. The extra tv room is a great place for the kids to hang out. We loved the kitchen. Highly recommend and would rent from them again.

Perfect Getaway
The property is a fabulous retreat right off Main in Park City. The well stocked kitchen served as our gathering spot for meals before and after heading to Deer Valley. The property was well maintained with clear expectations and access. Perfect getaway!

Perfect location, outstanding accommodations
I'm a details person, and this place nailed all the important ones for me: amenities, beds, pillows, covers, furniture, kitchen, location, artwork, architecture, construction, materials, etc. People are people so I'm sure others might be able to nitpick minor things here and there. That said, we had a great experience and would return in a heartbeat. There is something to be aware of about the location: you may encounter a moderately taxing walk up the hill depending on how far down you go into town; which is perfect when a hearty climb is your idea of fun.

Fabulous girls weekend at this beautiful property! Eleven of us gathered for a long weekend in Park City. This property is meticulously maintained and beautifully decorated and we had plenty of space to spread out. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. The property is conveniently located to shops and restaurants in downtown Park City. It was a perfect destination for us.
