Estadia Prática
O hotel é na BR, de acesso fácil e há uns 15 mins do centro (do Porto das Barcas). Estacionamento amplo e em frente. O café da manhã tem várias opções e o atendimento é bem cortês. Tem Tb uma área de lazer (piscina e sala de jogos), se não for usuário ou estiver com crianças, sugiro evitar os quartos bem próximos.

Boa estrutura e serviço a desejar
Ao entrar no hotel, ficamos com uma excelente impressão. Com uma arquitetura no conceito de open space, tudo fica integrado, a recepção, área de lazer, restaurante etc. Possui uma ótima piscina, porém precisa de uma limpeza com mais frequência. O salão de jogos é completo, mas com equipamentos bem precários, requer uma reforma. O café da manhã é o ponto forte. É bem completo e de qualidade. A limpeza dos quartos e das áreas comuns é péssima. Dá a impressão de que faltam funcionários. O chuveiro do banheiro é horrível. Entupido, fica praticamente gotejando. O atendimento dos funcionários não é o ponto forte também. Falta simpatia e presteza. A localização é boa para quem está com transporte próprio, mas afastada se necessita de transporte por aplicativo. Em resumo, fica a impressão de que é um hotel com um enorme potencial devido à sua boa estrutura, mas que peca na qualidade do serviço e negligência da manutenção, como chuveiro, limpeza, equipamentos de lazer etc. Se treinar melhor os funcionários e melhorar a qualidade do serviço e manutenção, ficará muito bom.

Por ser um hotel de grande renome, achei bem ok. Nada de surpreendente! Ponto alto é o atendimento, o ponto que mais deixa a desejar é o café da manhã. Que é superlotado, não há muitas opções, chegamos às 8:40 e já estava quase sem nada, estranho porque além de servir hóspedes, o hotel tbm oferece café da manhã aberto ao público. Pedimos dois cuscuz, onde foi preciso refazer o pedido duas vezes por falta de atenção, e um de nós até desistiu do mesmo. Maioria das coisas não foram repostas, pães com cara de dormidos e um café da manhã bem básico. Ressalvo, pelo renome do hotel, a expectativa estava alta. Não condiz com o valor pago! Muito Ok.
