Loved our time here, albeit cut short by a family emergency. Staff was incredibly accommodating during a very very stressful and sad time. Thank you for your kindness and care. We hope to be back again soon to experience the rest of our trip as anticipated....

The tv channels have to be updated
No soccer channels where you could watch champion league games and other good sports .
The breakfast was so so compare to the first time i visited this hotel.
Of the 3 days of my stay we could only order 1 day a la carte .
Had to have our room changed because the fan noise was SO loud in the room, even with the AC on. Had we been in a situation where we needed the AC to be actually on, it would have been impossible to sleep.
A noisy room at £700 a night is inexcusable!
They promptly changed the room to a (nicer) quieter one, but it was only so because the fan/ac vent was a lot farther away from the bed than the previous one.
Stayed here as a treat for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday. Arranged two months in advance to have flowers and cake brought in the morning for a surprise. Confirmed the night before just to be sure. Nothing arrived, i asked what was happening and no one was aware of it. They ruined my surprise, and I was fuming. They were very apologetic and arranged for flowers and cake in the evening, free of charge, which was nice enough, but not a solution to the disruption created. No one could explain us what caused the issue.
Other than that everyone was very professional and the normal service was great, stayed in the club lounge which was totally worth the extra money, great food both sweet and savoury, super service.

This is a large hotel, which at first was difficult to navigate with all the different hallways and stairs, leading you from section to section. (There is an elevator, but some areas still had steps.) The staff is exceptionally helpful. The room is spacious, clean, and quiet. The hotel is ideally located within the inner city. You are half a mile from most attractions - totally walkable. Our room could have used a refresher of the bathroom, as there were stains on the countertop and some flooring. We didn't use the gym, restaurants, or spa. Overall, however, it was very enjoyable.
Great staff. Had one bad service at restaurant when we went for coffee and a pastry in the evening. A/C in room was a little loud. Room had mismatch paint on ceiling repair. Great location and great concierge service.
The area is very beautiful and the opera house is right down the street! In the hotel itself the room was spacious and very well appointed. The staff was professional, friendly and attentive. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Vienna.
This is by far the best experience that we have had any luxury hotels Ritz included. We felt welcome, respected and very well looked after, especially by Mr. Jasper Veltmaat the manager on duty.
We loved the team at Distrikt where we had our breakfasts and most dinners. We were met with smiles, received excellent service and the food was amazing and of finest quality. Francesco and Assunta made our stay so enjoyable and memorable.
The property gives you a home like-feeling, very well maintained and true luxury. Not to mentioned the great location.
We can not wait to be back.
