Overpriced, no receipt issued, no reception available (the owner's claimed that he was not willing to invest in hiring reception staff and pay their salary!), no parking, uphill location, no view, old room furniture and equipment (i.e. aircondition, tv etc). The owner's attitude was provocatively rude, claiming that he wants to make as much profit as possible by minimizing costs and services provided and by taking advantage of the island's popularity so as to overprice the rooms. He also tried to give us a low quality room at first claiming that there has been a mistake and eventually, after we complained, he gave us a slightly better room. He also stated that even if we ended up in court, it would take years for the case to be solved. Unfortunately, the worst experience ever that ruined my holiday excitement from day one...
