This was OK for the price. It was just a motel and it was pretty loud, but considering that it was a motel, it was better than I expected.

The motel was fine. Don't be fooled by the photo like I was -- it's a MOtel, not a HOtel. The rooms open to the parking lot, not an indoor hallway. The room had clearly been renovated, but was still tired and worn down in places. The breakfast was just meh. Cheerios, frosted flakes and oatmeal, with milk. Bread and a toaster. Coffee. Store-bought packaged cinnamon rolls and bear claws. The orange juice was just water by the time I arrived 30 minutes before breakfast was over. There was one apple left. The hot water in the machine was just lukewarm. The tables had clearly not been wiped since breakfast started.

came to hotel to check in at 4pm (check in behind at 3pm) and room was still not ready. thankfully cleaning staff was just finishing up but still aggravating. good location in Pasadena. relatively quiet and safe

I arrived with my family and my 1 year old child The room was not child friendly. There was no carpets and the bathroom was not clean. I asked them to move me because I had rented a room with a carpet. So they moved me to another room that smelled like cigarettes and tons of chemicals to mask that smell. And that was the only other room available. I told them that I would like to check out but they wouldn’t check me out. I left the hotel without staying there. They wouldn’t check me out and they kept me checked in for all 3 nights and charged me full amount. I reached out to Expedia but they couldn’t help. I still am waiting for a resolution. They advertise as family friendly but they were not at all and it’s pretty much false advertisement. They need to do the right thing and return my money. If you have a child DO NOT GO THERE, you will end up leaving and losing all your money
