Beautiful location and set up. Hand free support was the worst. No email sent, no call backs, no support, room security was nonexistence as the room lock battery appeared to be out. Two attempts to correct the issue. We just left early!

Great Hotel, Great Restaurant
Loved staying here under the difficult circumstances of our mother's passing. Although there is not a front desk or staff on property, there is an adjoining restaurant we went to every evening and they were beyond friendly and accomodating. We had to call the 800 number for more towels, coffee supplies etc. and they were brought within a few hours. Pascagoula is a cute, quaint little town and we would def stay at this property again if we needed to be in the area

Not cookie cutter hotel. Nice.
If you love the big corporation owned hotels, you might not like hotel whiskey. I love the check-in process because there isn't one. They email you your room number and the keypad code and you just go right in. No check-in. A restaurant is literally 20 steps from your room. Very reasonable price at $85.

Great hidden find!
Although the property is contactless, the experience was definitely unique (in a good way). The property is located directly above a restaurant which the food was great. The only way to access the property and the rooms is with a security code that is provided at check-in which was pretty neat if I do say so myself. They room came with a balcony view which overlooked the Downton area which was great. Overall for the amount we paid was well worth it! I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Nice boutique hotel. However, stay away from downstairs room #104. Don’t know if work was being down directly upstairs over our heads in #204 or if the adjacent restaurant was banging doors and kitchen utensils, but there was lots of noise until 11:00 PM…and that was on a Sunday night
