This is truly a wonderfully different home, and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast.  This is the sister (and neighboring home) to MIDCENTURY MANOR, so get a few groups of people together and rent them both!

This home features a stylish midcentury modern living space with a mix of vintage and modern furnishings. The living room has a couch & chair and features a 70" Smart TV.  The dining room is just steps away in a separate casita for an intimate dining experience. The kitchen is small, but big in all the right ways! Professional Wolf range and stainless appliances.  Small appliances include Wolf toaster oven, Keurig duo coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, Insta-pot pressure cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, & toaster. Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and dishes. Both bedrooms feature King size beds and smart TVs. The full bathrooms include  custom expansive, walk-in showers, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and steamer. The outdoor backyard space features a 4 person spa, seating area and fire pit, or grill it up on the gas BBQ.  Also enjoy Board games, books, & bluetooth speaker. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway! Perfect Place in Paso!
This was possibly the best rental house experience I’ve ever had. The house is so cozy, clean, and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything, the house is so well appointed and has everything you could need. While small, the house has a great layout and all the spaces are so comfy. The beds are amazing and the showers are excellent! We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of wine tasting. The location is ideal, just a short walk to downtown and lots of restaurants. We so enjoyed our time at the house, and I hope to stay again whenever I return to Paso Robles.

Luxury Cottage
The cottage is down a driveway and beside a large tree. The layout is that of a cottage complete with a dining area in glass two steps out the front door. The TVs are everywhere and exceptionally large. The names on the appliances are high end. The beds are truly king that you melt into. A truly well designed, well appointed cozy cottage.

Wonderful property
We used this home for 3 nights to explore the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine areas. We were two couples who have been friends for years. It had two very comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms. All the amenities you could possibly want. Very very well appointed. Nice quiet neighborhood close to all you need. The kitchen was very well equipped. Clean, modern…..excellent place for our getaway.

Great location!
We rented the back house of this property and had an amazing time. Private spa and fire pit were great to relax in. The back house is small but comfortable for two couples. We slept in two very comfortable king size beds each with their own bathrooms. Kitchen had very nice appliances and a large TV for entertainment. Loved the location, it was a nice walk or quick Uber to downtown for dinner and cute little breakfast places even closer by to the house. Overall I’d highly recommend this house if looking for somewhere for up to 4 adults to stay in!

This was a great place - very clean and well furnished. The separate dining area was a bit awkward but we didn’t utilize it given the proximity to the many restaurants downtown. The ping pong table was an added bonus! We also appreciated the filtered water system. The hosts were very communicative and check in/check out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Casita!
This is a delightful cottage with charm and thoughtful amenities. The outside areas are lovely. We did not use the hot tub but it was ready to go and looked so inviting! This is a quiet neighborhood with easy parking and access to rental is easy and private as well. Wonderful stay in Paso!

Perfect Place in Paso!
This property was perfect for our visit to Paso! It's the perfect size for two couples, with separate beds/baths, but great shared common spaces indoor and out. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, grill and fun dining casita. The rental was spotless, well-furnished, has a fully stocked chef's kitchen, and is so well-appointed with hospitality details (extra blankets and towels, toiletries, coffee choices, etc.). Walkable to the heart of downtown Paso and a short drive to all surrounding Paso wineries. It's tucked behind the main house which makes it private and quiet. We loved it!

Someone obviously cares about this property. After all, who puts Wolf appliances, valuable vintage furniture, 3 options for making a cup of coffee and expensive shampoo in a rental unit? These owners, that’s who! The weather was a little too cold and rainy to spend much time in the hot tub or around the fire pit but those amenities were also appreciated. Oh, and in case you want to make a batch of cookies, there’s a Kitchen Aid mixer. Looking for beer glasses? They’re already chilling in the freezer.

Perfect Couples Getaway
This was a perfect property for two couples looking to enjoy Paso Robles. We spent our days out wine tasting and enjoyed coming back to the hot tub in the evening. We were able to walk to dinner and the cute downtown, which made things very easy. The set-up of two beds, two baths is perfect for two couples and the completly separate dining room was perfect when someone needed some space for a bit of work. It was also great for playing games. We would highly recommend this spot and look forward to booking it again in the future.

Conveniently Located Cottage I Paso Robles
Owners of this cottage really care about their guest comfort. Well supplied kitchen. This is a guest house behind the main house and there are motion sensor lights which help to get to the door at night. The location is near downtown in a pleasant residential neighborhood. Check in was easy. Guests should be aware that the only dining table is located in a separate building just steps away. The television uses Roku which means you only have access to streaming services. The microwave has to be moved from a lower cupboard to be used.
