Razoável, o colchão precisa ser trocado pois já está muito mole e deformado assim como tem uma poltrona no quarto toda descascada que não dá coragem de sentar. O Elevador com luminária quebrada e fios aparecendo. Eu fico nesse hotel desde a inauguração e, apesar dos investimentos em piscina e academia, o restantes está deteriorando.

Fiquei um dos melhores quartos do hotel, não tenho que falar em relação a conforto, porém, estou em viagem a trabalho, e uma coisa que eu prezo muito é uma internet de qualidade, e não encontrei isso no Class Hotel, infelizmente não pegava rede de Wi-Fi no meu quarto que era o último do corredor. Falei com os recepcionistas, Mas nada adiantou.

Hotel extremamente barulhento a qualquer hora. Escutasse tudo que ocorre no corredor, vizinhos laterais e de cima. Até arrastar de cadeiras e mesas do refeitório te acorda de madrugada. Nunca vi assim
