It is great spot for one nighter , driving down south . Really nice . Must have your own transportation. Beach full of plastic garbage but as we were leaving the nest day saw about 50 people picking up the garbage. So that was nice to see.

Nice hotel across street from beach. Good value for money. This is in a fairly quiet beach town with 4-5 restaurants and bars. A nice change from other crowded locations.

The staff did not speak English well. They were not flexible to help us as other resorts in Thailand. We needed to leave to airport at 7 AM for a 9 am flight. Their breakfast opens at 7 AM. They would not let us come 10 minutes early to breakfast although they had it mostly set up. We are vegetarians and did not want to hot foods, just bread and fruit, etc...

Last minute passing through stop over. Good stop when driving from Phuket to Hua Hin. Beach is great. area much nicer than the city of Chumpon itself. past reviews talked about hard bed. They added a small thin foam matt on top of the harder matt so the bed was still hardish but not uncomfortable. some quirky things about the room but would stay again

Beautiful property Wonderful staff willing to help and answer any questions. Beautiful pool and restaurant across street from hotel delivers to your room. Beach front Thai style Restaurants on beach within walking distance or motor bike shuttle provided by hotel. Stayed here 5x in 3 weeks No complaints

Never again even checked out a day early
Our stay got off to a bad start with very unfriendly reception staff. Not very welcoming and quite rude. Not a good first impression. Room stated it had a stand alone shower, however it is outside and cold water only. For a hot shower you had to climb into the bath. We had to collect the tickets for breakfast every day rather than be given them all for our stay. Surely as a paying guest you can be trusted with more than one ticket ?? This situation was even more annoying as the breakfast was very poor. The selection was okay but everything was cold. There was a an egg station there but wasn’t in use. When we pointed out to the staff the fried eggs were cold they put a burner under neath to reheat. We decided to check out a day early. On check out nobody enquired as to why or if everything was okay. On talking to some locals they were aware of the problems.

The property is close to the beach and restaurant had a nice beach location and good food. They were accommodating to our vegetarian requests. The room was comfortable. There were no beach chairs on the beach and resort towels were not allowed on the beach. Resort breakfast was decent but not great.

Good Location.
Stayed 3nights in Bungalows number 7&8. Good location cross the street from the beach, good food in the restaurant and breakfast. Read some review before that said the bathroom smelly, they have put air freshener and changed every 3 days. Overall was very happy with the stay.
