I could not help but notice the front desk staff, at various times of the day and night, could NOT bring themselves to look up from their You Tube videos on the desk computer when I needed assistance. Poor customer service....
Also, on room cleanliness - I could not give more than 2 stars as there was a dead mouse on the top shelf in my closet. I could feel the mattress springs through the padding as well - not good.
The dinning room is apparently shared by two (2) other hotels, all owned by the same group, and is a couple of doors down. The breakfast was average, with the exception of the egg and pancake man. He is a master at his job, and if it weren't for him, I probably would have eaten breakfast somewhere else.
I did not realize this hotel did not have a pool until I had already booked an internet special and therefore could not cancel my reservation. When I asked if I could use the pool at the other hotel which is sharing the same facilities as my hotel, I was told I would have to pay extra - something like $7USD each day - not worth it.
