Nice hotel. Good Wi-Fi. Nice sea view room. Room service available. Only slight negative is when I arrived I only had a quarter of a toilet paper roll in my room so I went to 7/11 and bought a full roll and more shower gel as you only get a tiny shower gel which isn’t enough, and I don’t want to call reception for more. Hotel should give full toilet roll for new check-in person and more gel.

I stayed 8 nights The room at check in was not clean also one night they forgot to clean up my room i contact the receptionist to send me the cleaners she told me that cannot do. usually in pattaya hotels if a lady entered my room as guest they take the original ID card in this hotel they dont ask for any ID so i don't feel safe Also you should double check that the door is closed cause the cleaners dont make sure to close the door in a good manner Also some days the dont add towels i asked the receptionist but no one came Need the doors to be locked in a better way Will not stay again

The location is great with seaview, from the side of the room at the balcony. But with the compression at the balcony as well, it might be hot and noisy for some.

I love this place for both it's general good standing and for the little details. They have umbrellas ready in case of rain. Housekeeping stands by ready to make up the room without delay. The desk light and outlets stay powered when the room is vacant. Excellent water pressure. Great location with a laundry, hair saloon and street restaurant right next to it.

Room # 3225 ( 1 x night stay ) Our 1st stay at Sea me Speing Tree Hotel - probably the last. Wi-Fi was infuriating bad - Signal Strength dropping out all the time and cutting in and out..... Rooms although modern desgned, looked old and tired - wallpaper is cream and showed lots of dirty marks from hard use. We found the bed on the hard side. Half the Power plugs did not work in the room! Apart from standard Door Lock there was no secondary Door Lock Inside the room. Staff were not smiling during our stay - always a part of great customer service. It was an all round non exciting OK stay..... But there are better hotels on Soi 10 to stay at such as Page 10 and The Stay Hotels.

We booked 2 rooms and the 2 rooms have musty smells as well the bed sheet. We barely did not sleep. The hotel should find a way to get rid of musty smells
