Our room was a 'suite' of good size and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Not so good; the room housekeeping rudely talking very loudly (shouting) to each other while cleaning the room, in a way I've never experienced before, and a minor point, the Internet could be improved. Altogether, definitely recommend.

Good quiet central location
Hotel was in a central location, beach road, 2nd road 3 min walk, tree town 5 minute walk, central 10 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent, loved the Asian dishes. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Swimming pool was nice and quiet and a good place to cool off. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb and convenient stay
Location: considering the location (Soi10, next to Central), the hotel represents convenience and great value. Hotel (overall): perfectly functional. Not snazzy or posh (considering the cost, cannot complain at all). Everything worked and everything was clean! Room: comfortable enough size - just about squeeze in a 3-aside if needed. Shower power, usually a challenge in many hotels, was perfect for me. However I heard my friend on a different floor suffered a bit so could be bit of a lottery. No lock on loo door but not a problem if you have an understanding and patience partner. Breakfast: did not have but seemed popular with other guests. There is a 24 hr convenience store at end of road as well as a local restaurant (Soi12, 7 mins stroll away) which seems to be open all the time and serves amazing meals at very cheap prices. Other: didn't try out the rooftop pool which has partial view of the ocean. Basic but very decent gym to burn off the sins of the night before. No AC in gym but powerful enough fan to keep place airy. Overall, really enjoyable experience! Thank you so much!! Will most definitely be back.
