What makes this hotel stand out is the service. It is a relatively new hotel (compared to adjacent properties), and it provides good value. However, there are several (small) mistakes in their design: for example, the sink in the bathroom drains very slowly (due to the nice-looking but very small, flat drain opening), the light in the bathroom is quite dim (for shaving); the TV is too small to watch from the bed [I stayed in a suite]. Nevertheless, these small inconveniences are overcome by the staff. Whenever I have a request, the service is carried promptly and efficiently. Its location provides a quiet sleep but is convenient to many attractions; and the value is excellent. I would stay here again [ I stayed in late September 2024].

Nice staff! Trouble with bathroom door but repaired when we mentioned it. Close to beach. No view from balcony, just dilapidated Buildings. Room service closes at 6:30 pm. Over all nice property and nice stay!

The Stay Hotel Pattaya (Room 414) Overall, I love this hotel and would definitely stay here again if internet access via laptop is not needed. PROS: 1. In-room secure safe deposit box; 2. Quiet area despite being located in the center of Pattaya and very close to the beach; 3. Good aircon; 4. Reliable Wifi (when connecting from phones); 5. Rooftop pool and gym; 6. Spacious room with great lighting options; 7. Balcony with table and chairs; 8. Can tap and pay using NFC contactless digital wallet payments; 9. Many powerpoints throughout the room; 10. Helpful staff; lovely housekeeping; 11. Nice modern bathroom with spacious shower and strong bidet pressure. CONS: 1. Balcony door handle is loose and doesn't lock, which creates a security risk; 2. Many case bearing moths all around the room; 3. Staff rarely greets guests as they enter hotel; 4. Older model laptops have much difficultly staying connected to WiFi network due to network login configuration requirements. Extremely annoying and likely to prevent me from returning here; 5. Bathroom mirror/lighting not ideal for shaving/makeup.

Property is older and could use some updating. The hotel is clean, safe and quiet. Friendly staff, quick check in and nice big lobby area. I stayed on the 6th floor in an apartment room. Lots of space and no issues. I would stay here again.

Our room was a 'suite' of good size and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Not so good; the room housekeeping rudely talking very loudly (shouting) to each other while cleaning the room, in a way I've never experienced before, and a minor point, the Internet could be improved. Altogether, definitely recommend.
