A perfectly fine place to stay fif you don’t want to pay $350 a night for a local Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn. A go to for me.

RODENT IN ROOM! DO NOT stay at this hotel especially if you have a pet! My family had the displeasure of staying at this hotel as we were waiting to close on a home nearby. We checked in and were told we needed to stay in the pet friendly area of the hotel which is ok and I guess to be expected. However, when we walked in, the room smelled absolutely awful like a dog had freshly peed all over it. Since I was working remotely and had to log back in for back to back meetings and we planned on leaving early the next morning, we decided to just push through and stay in the room without complaining. The next morning we learned that the closing had been delayed so we had to stay an extra night, which is when we asked to switch rooms. At this point the the front desk staff was still relatively respectful and switched our room, even giving us a free breakfast voucher. We ended up staying another 2 days (due to further delays) and though it was never pleasant (the hotel and the rooms are all dirty and rundown as documented in all the other reviews), we stayed because we kept thinking "just one more night". It all came to an end on our final day there when a MOUSE scurried along the wall in the room. In shock and horror, we promptly got up, gathered our things and put them in the car to check out immediately. We expected to be met with a normal amount of human decency and empathy but nope! 1 and 2 stars for this property. Really didn't like anything about hotel, front staff most rude; interior all beige and brown - built in 1974 (and still appears to have the same worn, soiled, broken, furnishings, etc.), carpet filthy, peeling wallpaper throughout room (as well as 5 other rooms that our family stayed in), poor ac, shower/tub faucet didn't work well; very noisy 1st floor room next to car parking and the freeway across the street, rude front desk on check in...I asked to change rooms, but no option to change rooms (front desk said I didn't pay extra for a better room). Had 1 breakfast (buffet)... Was nicely greeted by an overworked male server. However, as there was no self serve coffee - it took a female server about 15 mins to fill my coffee cup and I never got cream as promised by her. No water served. I got up to refill my plate and my settings were being taken away. No refill on coffee, had to get it by the front desk. 5 Stars however the male bartender, for the 3 days that we stayed at this hotel. A top notch employee! He was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, did his job with joy! He stated that he has worked that bar for many many years. Please pass on my thanks to him for a job well done!

Nice front desk staff. Limited dining - it appears on the website but not in actuality. Very shabby and in need of an update and refurbishment - for example, the tub faucet was off the wall. The towels were skimpy and housekeeping forgot to leave new ones after they took the old ones. And oh my, the rooms of the double suite were dark, with limited lighting and the inevitable low wattage bulbs.
