This place has a beautiful lounge area. However the rooms are old. The bathroom in my room was dirty and the water came out yellow. When i told the receptionist, all she did was apologize for the inconveniences. The pool is also dirty. I wouldn't stay here again.

The elevator is super dirty, especially between the doors. The hallway carpet needs to be vacuumed and kept clean. The reception staff and the bartender need to be more friendly and polite. Unfortunately, they act like they're doing us a favor. It's just not what I expected.

The lobby area is updated, not the rooms. The carpet in the hallways needs replacing, our toilet leaked making the floor wet. The shower spigot was falling off, our safe wouldn't open and the master code didn't work, so we had no safe.
