The one good thing about the property, was staff member Mirta. The Hotel needs a lot of maintenance and repairs. We ran out of hot water when showering, and the sink tap was dripping and leaking, and terrible shower rose. Breakfast was good and so was the Wi Fi.

El check in no fue bueno ya que no tenían nuestra reserva, de allí en más la atención fue buena. El hotel en estructura y arquitectura es muy bueno, le hace falta agiornarse a estos tiempos. El personal es muy amable y atento. Mejorando un poco debería ser un hotel muy bueno.

Hab.simple, con humedad y nos dejaron sin garage
La verdad hermosa fachada y recepción, pero desde el principio salió todo mal, la reserva que hice acá no apareció, pero tenían lugar. La habitación estaba limpia pero tenía humedad en el techo y paredes. Vimos otra habitación que era hermosa, espaciosa, nada que ver con la nuestra, bien pintado, con cuadros, frigibar, teléfono , otras también tenian frigobar, la nuestra era para pareja y no tenia. Reservamos y pagamos el garage bajo techo pero cuando regresamos en la noche nos habían vendido y ocupado el lugar, es decir que no hay un control o registro de que habitación tiene pago el garage y tuvimos que dejar el auto en la calle, eso fue decepcionante! El colchón y las almohada bien, se pudo descansar. El desayuno bien, la sra en momentos no daba a basto a reponer, el hotel estaba lleno y era una fecha especial en Paysandu. Lo del mantenimiento del hotel lo comprendo, venimos de 2 años de quietud y la hostelería se vino a pique. Yo estuve en hoteles en pandemia con todos los protocolos y estaban bien . La decepción fue en la recepción por la reserva del estacionamiento que no tuvimos, al retirarnos nos devolvieron el dinero perono es el caso, hay desorganizacion.

Llegue al hotel y habian vendido mi reserva, me pusieron escusas sin sentido reserve con mas de un mes de anterioridad y me vendieron la reserva, la verdad totalmente desepsionada. Una falta de respeto total. En el Plaza hotel no vuelvo a resrvar ni recomiendo.

No había recepcionista para ninguno de los días en los que estuve , el precio es muy caro para la habitación la cual era súper tenue , mal olor de las almohadas, no tiene un frigo bar, el baño no te ofrecía shampoo ni acondicionador , no se cambiaron las toallas de baño en los días que estuve, es una habitación que tendría que costar mil y algo d pesos y sale en 50 dólares aproximadamente
