Manager dropped the ball completely. The Expedia digital payment card didn’t work so she charged my debit card (without my knowledge or agreement) for the room stay after I already paid through Expedia. And that was after making me stand at the counter for at least 40 minutes past 9 pm at night. Will probably never stay at a holiday inn again. If something doesn’t work between holiday inn and Expedia, don’t dump it on the customers head to handle. Very unprofessional.

The staff are very nice & accommodating. They are always cleaning. The breakfast needs a little work but wendys is across the street & walmart is about 3 miles away. I would definitely stay here again. Big shout out to Savanah at the front desk, she is very sweet.

Elevator was broken and we had a lot of luggage in our room was on the second floor & and I'm a disabled veteran with back hip and knee problems. The ice machine was broken. The second floor carpet was filthy. The laundry room area was absolutely disgusting. If I could give it zero Stars I would. Stay away stay away!

Not bad but could have been better.
Check in was great. The toilet in the room was stopped up and the front desk clerk said he would come look at it but couldn’t fix it and said he would be back and didn’t. Then when I woke up I called the front desk and the manager was less than apologetic. When I did a review after I left she called my personal phone I assume to tell me off because she never apologized for my experience. It should have only cost 79$. For more than $100 a night I expected better.
It was some black stuff around the drain and I assume it was the paint in the tub was chipping.
Needs a touch up.

The room was filthy with trash and styrofoam all over the floor. The bathroom was dirty. The elevators were broken so we had to climb up to the third door with luggage using the staff stairs. And, the staff was apathetic at best. They certainly weren’t friendly or welcoming.

Shower was broken the shower head was just hanging and you had to hold it to take a shower, the toilet seat was very loose and the toilet base was wobbly. We also had a stain on the comforter the room had a very strong smell possibly cleaners but it didn’t smell good. Very dated hotel and the front desk didn’t always have someone there. Will not be staying there ever again. Possibly not even at a holiday inn again!
