This property is an amazing getaway to be in nature wake up at the beach. The food in the property is amazing. The Breakfast had a Dominican Breakfast option and American Breakfast option. The dining option were all amazingly delicious we did spend about $150 for dinner for a group of five including a bottle service but the next day when we’ve had lunch we spent like $60.The bathrooms are shared however I did not mind that what I did mind was that the bathroom that was nearest to us had a couple messed up floors the wood was dangling and my son almost tripped and fell. our glamping Camp one of the electricity Report didn’t work so we were unable to connect the fan or anything to charge our phones and they were unable to fix it the night that we were there. There are many mosquitos at night so dress appropriately. Near they do have the excursion to go to Bahía de las Águilas in my opinion if you’re at this hotel the beach there is nearly the same as Bahia . they are charging 4000 pesos To go to Bahía de las águilas via their little boat. I would have wished that they told me that we should take some provisions like water because after you are there there’s nobody there to give you any assistance thankfully I was prepared and took some water but not enough - it would be good if they provided a list tell you to take everything that you may need for a couple hours because they just drop you off they do not give you their phone number so you call them if anything

The place is beautiful. It is best to go on weekdays as weekends get very busy and crowded. We had not had running water for about a day and a half and every time we asked about it, we got a different answer and told they would be turning it on. It was a cleaning staff member that eventually told us the pump for the water was broken and they sent for someone to repair it. We would have understood if we were told from the beginning what was happening.

A primera vista, es un lugar realmente bonito. La naturaleza, la decoración y el ambiente general son encantadores y crean una experiencia única. Sin embargo, aunque el entorno es atractivo, el servicio es realmente decadente, lo que empañó mi estadía. Desde el primer contacto, las líneas de comunicación resultaron ser bastante deficientes. A través de WhatsApp, las respuestas eran lentas y, en ocasiones, el tono utilizado por el personal era poco amigable. Además, me encontré con una limitación significativa: la plataforma de reservas no acepta American Express, y el intento de pagar con PayPal resultó en un “error” en múltiples ocasiones, lo que me obligó a hacer la reservación a través de un tercero porque el personal nunca atendió a mis quejas. Esta falta de opciones de pago fue una gran frustración, especialmente considerando que el restaurante también tiene las mismas restricciones con AMEX. Al llegar al front desk, mis expectativas se vieron frustradas nuevamente. El personal no parecía estar dispuesto a escuchar mis requerimientos y, en vez de ofrecer soluciones, rápidamente se predisponían a rechazar mis solicitudes. (Estoy casi seguro que eras las mismas pero que manejaban las líneas de chat) cuando intenté hablar con un manager o supervisor, la respuesta fue negativa. Solo un chico delgado, que nos llevó a la habitación, mostró un interés genuino en ayudar, aunque claramente carecía de la autoridad para resolver los problemas. Me falta más info límite de letras*

This was a beautiful experience. Overall i am satisfied with everything. The only thing I think would be better, is to add more walk ways. Like from the tents to the dining area & from to the beachview tents. The staff was pleasant, and the local dog there was super sweet and well behaved. Thank you for having us! Hope to visit again

If you are not an outdoor person this is not for you! Pro: Great views ( only if get 1st line ocean view, any other won’t give anything to look at). Tasty food. Cons: the site is quite expensive, with costs that feel disproportionate to the overall experience.The value for money doesn’t quite match up. The glamping tents are not well maintained, if it rains you will get wet. Lost of mosquitos.

I enjoyed my stay at this glamping site. I wish that we were advised of the roads condition to get to the site. Most of it is in construction. gps system doesnt recognize the location. There are no signs. glamping tents too close to one another. hot, mosquitoes. poor restaurant service waited 45 minutes for my meal. it was cold when it arrived. The good thi g is that the breakfast is included in price. Will not return
