Nao ha o que reclamar do Quarto, banheiro, limpeza, conforto e cafe da manha. Tudo muito bom. Deixo uma sugestao: Cancelar esse formulario que o cliente tem que preencher à mão quando chega ao local, cansado, com todas informacoes pessoais novamente. Sendo que ja preencheu online, ou entao que o atendente faça, pois tem ali nosso documento, fiquei 10min escrevendo. Sobre o estacionamento: Pagamos uma diaria de R$450,00 pra um quarto de casal, achei que estava incluso. Cobraram mais R$55 uma noite do carro.

Bom hotel
O hotel é um dos melhores da cidade, mas está precisando investir em manutenção. O apartamento casal tem uma cama com bom tamanho mas a rouparia e travesseiros precisam estar mais bem conservados. A limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, pois encontrei um fio de cabelo sobre o lençol. Situação muito desagradável. O café da manhã é variado e o atendimento de todos os funcionários do hotel é muito hospitaleiro. A garagem é cobrada à parte.

Não entrega o que promete pelo valor da diária.
Um dos motivos da eleição foi o fato do hotel ter academia, mais a mesma além de antiga e gasta, não funcionava a única esteira que tinha, pelo que não consegui treinar. Para ter uma academia nesse estado, é melhor nem publicar. Garagem apertada, cara e sem manobrista. Para pagar 40 reais a diária de garagem esperava muito mais.
