The panorama suite was amazing. The AC/Heat systems were acting up and they sounded like an airplane engine shutting down when they would turn off at night. The beds need some updating as well, it was a rough sleep.

The AC did not work in our room the first night and it was so hot. Ended up moving rooms the second night, and it was a big improvement, but still struggled with being hot. Once the air would cycle off and there was no air flow in the room, it would get warm again. Bed not comfortable. Staff was nice, but won’t be staying here again. Not worth the money paid.

I’ve been to this hotel several times for events at Bon Secours arena and just to visit downtown and everything has been great every time. If I had to nitpick, it would be like most hotels, the pillows. I can’t seem to ever get any that don’t go flat. The rooms are clean and modern and the desk staff has always been great.

Very nice place to stay and as they say, it's location, location, location. Great location central to many great restaurants and lots of shopping. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I wish they had are small refrigerators and microwaves in rooms
