Built in 2018, this architect's house is made up of 3 volumes.
Located 400 m from the main beach of Pénestin and specially designed for the holidays, it offers 2 main areas: a day area and a night area connected by a passage.
The day area includes a living room, an open kitchen with access to a patio, a laundry area, a WC.
The sleeping area is made up of:

- a bedroom with double bed 160 * 200 with its bathroom and a dressing area, as well as access to the terrace and the garden.

Pénestin, surrounded by the ocean, offers lovers of the sea its 25 kilometers of coastline.
The classified site of the Gold Mine and its golden cliffs, many sandy beaches, wild coves, the small fishing port of Tréhiguier, the Sailing Club ...

erholsamer Aufenthalt am Atlantik

Wir, 2 Personen, haben die ruhige Zeit am Atlantik im Herbst genossen. Die Lage zum Meer ist gut, wirklich kurzer Weg. Das Haus war für uns beide komfortabel, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings für eine Familie wahrscheinlich beengender, die Treppe zum OG steil (mussten wir aber nicht nutzen:). Problematisch war die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin vor Ort, quasi nie erreichbar. Allerdings hat die Besitzerin aus der Ferne alles soweit gut für uns geregelt. Auch hat sie einen Heizkörper besorgen lassen, nachdem es kalt wurde und die Heizung im Haus nicht funktionierte, Leider blieb es im Bad kalt.

Un beau séjour en famille

La maison, moderne, originale et bien pensée est très agréable. Le fait que la partie nuit soit clairement séparée de la partie jour est un vrai plus (surtout avec des enfants). C'est bien pensé, bien équipé (et de la qualité). La plage est à 8-10 minutes à pieds dans un coin très nature. Pour finir, la communication avec la propriétaire était claire et rapide.

Wunderbares Haus

Die Bauweise des Hauses ist optimal für Familien. Der Strand befindet sich etwa 10-15 Gehminuten mit Kindern entfernt. Der Garten ist wunderbar für die Kinder.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, plage et marché a proximité, grande aire de jeux pour les enfants pas loin, c'est le top. Le jardin était parfait pour les enfants et la terrasse parfaite, barbuq nickel, l'espace nuit d'un côté et l'espace à vivre de l'autre c'est vraiment bien pensé. Très bien équipé, spacieux et tranquille. Vraiement contents de cette location.

Not your average holiday home

We, 2 families, stayed for a week. The house is very modern with an untypical layout. It has everything you need to have a nice vacation. It’s on the smaller side though. The garden is spacious and good for kids to play in. Overall we enjoyed the stay in this holiday home.

Schönes Haus am Traumstrand

Wir haben zwei sehr ruhige und sonnige Wochen in diesem modernen Haus verbracht! Der Wohn-und Essbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die großzügige Terrasse haben wir täglich genutzt und die Kinder (6 und 10) konnten sich im Garten austoben. Der Schlaftrakt ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig gestaltet, war aber für unsere Konstellation nicht ganz ideal! Wir waren zu sechst dort (Großeltern, Eltern und Kinder). Die Schlafräume sind eher klein und haben wenig Ablageflächen. Auch das Bad ist sehr klein! Die Treppe zum oberen Schlafraum, welcher übrigens über keine Zimmertür verfügt, ist sehr steil! Die Großeltern haben somit unten geschlafen! Ich denke, dass das Haus für Eltern mit Kindern perfekt ist. Mit Großeltern etwas beengt! Ansonsten ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am wunderschönen Strand und auch im Ort, der alles bietet, was man braucht! Der sonntägliche Markt hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Haus liegt ideal für Ausflüge z.B. ins schöne Vannes, zum Golf von Morbihan, nach Nantes usw. Das Haus kann ich auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!

A conseiller vivement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison qui est conforme à la description : neuf, propre, bien agencé et bien équipé. Pénestin est un chouette endroit, pas trop submergé par le tourisme et bien aménagé pour circuler à vélo. On est bien placé pour s'aventurer soit dans le Morbihan (Vannes, château de Suscinio, La Roche-Bernard,...), soit en Loire Atlantique (Guerande, La Baule, Saint-Nazaire,...).

Architektur und Erholung

Zu zweit haben wir uns in diesem außergewöhnlichen und lichtdurchfluteten Ferienhaus mit separiertem Wohn- und Schlafhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kurze Weg zum Meer und der tollen Steilküste ermöglicht Apéro am Strand. Für uns als Rennradfahrer war das Umland ein Paradies aus vielen kleinen und wenig befahrenen Straßen.

Ein super Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist absolut toll. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war top. Bei Fragen wurde uns umgehend geholfen.
