We had been pickpocketed on our trip and arrived sans credit cards. This hotel does not take cash, so we could have been out in the cold, but the manager worked through a method to allow my brother to pay for the room. We spent the night in comfort rather than spending the night at the airport. We're extremely grateful for her help!

My uncles room was super hot. My room had barely any water pressure if it came out of the shower head at all, the faucet was pulling out of the wall of the shower. It took me at least 5 minutes for the shower to work. Parking is ridiculous anymore. NO GUEST should have to pay for parking when they are already paying ridiculous amounts for one night. Young employees even said to us there is NO supervision. Employees were more worried about their phones or conversations with each other before helping or acknowledging the guest. Breakfast was cold unless you got a made to order egg meal.

The shower head was corroded and dirty. The pool was also not cleaned daily, and the kitchen ran out of turkey meat and my kid does not eat pork.

I hade a one night stay from Nov 1 to Nov 2. - I checked in but I wasn't given the 2 complimentary bottle waters (I didn't know it was complimentary until I realised that my room had no water). When I asked about getting something to drink and took up two waters, the receptionist was like oh ok, those are complimentary you don't have to pay for those. - the room was a good size but I found that it had a lot of little flies/drain flies that became more abundant at night. There were in the bedroom curtains and around certain lamps. - In the bathroom the tub faucet was detaching from the walk and the drain stopper didn't work properly so it was just better to take it out and it came out with ease. - The thermostat buttons didn't work properly so it was a while before I could get the room heated. - The evening reception was ok, it was basically happy hour. The area could probably do with a little more lighting. And snacks were provided but no napkins. Overall it was an ok stay but with the other hotels in the area that could possibly offer better, I wouldn't recommend it to any friends or family members.

Nice room and extremely nice staff. However, having to pay $25 to park my vehicle after I spent $200 on a room is the greediest thing I have ever seen, absolutely ridiculous. Also having to pay another $25 to check in a little over an hour early, when room was already cleaned and ready to use was also ridiculous, on top of paying $200 for the room, I had to spend the extra $50 for something that I have never had to pay anywhere EVER. I will not be staying at another Embassy again, hope you enjoyed your extra $50, cause you have lost a customer for life!!!
