We had an amazing time Dashawn the front desk agent was wonderful. Each time he saw us he asked about our stay and was so welcoming. The rooms were so clean. The view was also amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. The restaurant had good food and the lobby breakfast was top notch. I can’t say enough nice things. We can’t wait to come back.

This will be our go-to hotel whenever we’re in the area. Numerous restaurants within walking distance and poolside entertainment, along with beach access made for a perfect stay.

Everything is exceptional, location of the hotel beach ocean is crystal clean. Only complaint I have is with a Fish Heads restaurant is very unprofessional and under staffed. Food is over cooked.

We loved the lazy river, the large hot tub, the lighted pools at night, the on-site restaraunt/bar, and the amazing all-inclusive breakfast! I wasn’t thrilled when I found out on top of the room rates, they charge $10/day parking (plus taxes, etc), but they do offer an enclosed parking area for compact cars, so it was worth having shade for a cooled car to get in.

Arrive at 2:30 and was told my room was empty and should be ready soon. watched numerous people check in with no problem and went to ask at 3:30 when my room would be ready. Lady at front desk had an attitude telling me she didn't have to check us in until 4. Finally at 3:45 was allowed to check in. Lady acted like she was doing us the biggest favor getting us in 15 minutes early as I watched her letting other people check in hours early. Bad front desk service. Room was nice and the balcony was awesome. Bed was supposed to be a king but it was the smallest king I have ever seen. All chairs and the bed where very uncomfortable Best thing about hotel is breakfast is free which helps a lot with not having to spend money eating out 2 times a day can just eat breakfast and a late lunch and be good. Overall a 2 to 3 star hotel charging 4 star prices due to location.
