Need a grab bar near the toilet since the toilet is so low. 22% gratuity for carry out from Fish Heads is outrageous! Shelf under bathroom vanity is too far back.

We’ve stayed here a few times. Consistently great! Staff friendly and helpful, beautiful pool and beach, pool bar and restaurant, good and free breakfast, rooms/beds are comfy, well equipped and awesome views via balconies. Beach chair/umbrella service from a separate company for $50/day or walk across the street and buy your own gear. Large gym could use a few more working elliptical machines and lower temperature. Most difficult decision each day is to whether we go to pool or beach, we often did both.

We had the best stay here! The staff were great, especially Grace at check in! The pools, jacuzzi, & surrounding areas were kept clean, as well as the hotel rooms. Perfect walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, shops, & beach.

The pool area was very nice, but they didn’t heat the hot tub. Was very disappointing. The room was very clean. The beach was beautiful. Was within walking distance to shops and food.

This was our first time visiting Pensacola. The hotel was beautiful, location is so close to everything, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room and the hotel were immaculate. Our family absolutely loved the lazy river and pool and enjoyed being able to hop down to rhe beach at any time. Amazing vacation! Thank you!

Amazing, romantic yet family friendly place

Great location, modern rooms with great ammenities. Perfect place to view sunrise, dolphins in the ocean. Lazy river was relaxing and warm. Only downside was the bar and restaurant closed by 9 every night, couldn’t get a drink at end of night .

Love that breakfast is provided which makes you not spend a ton at these restaurants around the area. My big dislike is they charge for parking $10 a day when you have no other place to park available for free. Also all these hotels charge 5 star prices to stay when they are at best 3 star hotels. I've been going to this area 3 to 4 times a year for a long time and every year the price increases big time. Only go in the off season due to them trying to charge 400 a night during peak season. crazy people are willing to pay that for just an okay hotel. Hotel shower is good, room is good with nice view. Bed was okay only negative was the pillow was not good. decent restaurants close to hotel. Restaurant in hotel was a little expensive to me for what you get. Had nice pool and right on the beach. Everything is close so you can walk to restaurants with no trouble. Overall a good hotel that charges to much. will return during low season.

We were on the 10th floor beachfront- view was amazing! Breakfast was good, coffee was good-enjoyed trivia night at the hotel bar. Ate lunch at Fish Heads a couple of times- awesome friendly service! We are in Pensacola Beach at least 4 times a year and this was one of our best trips ever!
