Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the Penthouse floor at Beach Colony Resort. Enjoy a spacious extra large balcony with a totally unobstructed panoramic view of the gulf and coastline. This condo is beautifully decorated and is always exceptionally clean.

Beach Colony Resort is an elegant, private complex offering luxurious amenities and all the comforts you could want on a vacation. Our condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is a fantastic master suite including a separate glass shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub overlooking the Gulf offering privacy and a spectacular view! While staying at our amazing condo, you can work out in the state of the art fitness center. It offers brand new equipment and a great view. Also available on site are three swimming pools (one indoor), a hot tub, and two clay tennis courts. Located just minutes from Beach Colony, you can enjoy a round of golf on one of two golf courses located within a few minutes of the resort. Beach Colony is nestled in the heart of Perdido Key - restaurants, shopping, museums, and exciting night life are not far from the resort. We know that you will love the time you'll spend in our gorgeous condo so much that it will be a favorite vacation spot for you, your family and friends for years to come!

The condo has high end furnishings and décor with an upscale and well-appointed kitchen with granite counters. I've stayed at a lot of Vrbo's and this was one of the cleanest, which is extremely important to me. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to cook a meal. The appliances were very clean, all supplies were left for washing dishes, running dishwasher and washing clothes. We were supplied with more towels than I had expected! The view is beautiful and the porch was pleasant to sit on and enjoy our morning coffee and evening drink. I will stay here again! Owner was extremely helpful!

Perdido Key Stay

We’ve stayed in several VRBOs & this was by far the best. Condo was very clean & well equipped. Stunning views & easy private beach access. We love the Perdido Key area and hope to stay here again in the future. Anne is a wonderful host!

An honest review

Pros: Beautiful view, very clean condo, exceptionally well supplied kitchen, bathroom linens were fluffy and in sufficient quantity, very responsive owner communication. Cons: Extremely uncomfortable beds, extremely uncomfortable (actually painful) living room couch and loveseat that were covered with a cloth OVER slipcovers. In addition, there was a broken fan with light that the owners were aware of prior to our arrival. They did have it replaced after we notified them, but the maintenance man was in the condo for 21/2 hours which greatly impeded our privacy.

Great Property!

The property is clean, well appointed, and comfortable! We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area and the beds. Anne is a delightful host - responsive, proactive and kind. A little goody bag was waiting for us when we arrived that made us feel like special guests. We come down annually in July and we will definitely be back to this one. You won't go wrong staying with Anne as your host!

Beautifully decorated condo. Owner, Anne, was very easy to work with and gave me all of the check in info well before I checked into unit The unit was beautiful and very clean. Best vacation to date

This was the best vacation me and my family have had and the first time we’ve ever been to Perdido Key. The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It’s beautifully decorated. The views are breathtaking. We wanted to live on the balcony. The condo was extremely clean. Anne was extremely accommodating the entire trip. The beaches were so clean and white. The water was the clearest I’ve seen in Florida. We can not wait to come back! We will be staying here again!

Family Vacation - Relaxation & Fun

We had a wonderful experience. Anne was an excellent and thoughtful host. All the basic plus lots of creature comforts were available at the condo. We were able to settle right in and start relaxing. My kids loved the quick stroll to the beach where we sent hours. If your looking for a place to create memories, bond with family/friends, beautiful well accommodated stay then I recommend staying here.

Perfect condo with incredible view!

My wife and I stayed a few nights at Anne's condo for our anniversary. The penthouse view from the 15th floor was incredible and so was Anne in providing help/assistance with check-in. All furniture, bedding, etc. was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. No negative complaints here, only ALL POSITIVE. We can't wait to go back!
