Internet did not function the entire stay. my room last name was not accepted. The AC never reached desired temp on thermostat AND AC would cut out regularly across sleeping hours, causing warm and sleepless experience.

Went to the staff twice regarding the gym( fitness center )temperature being hot, humid and uncomfortable. Staff said they could not lower the temp, joked that I was supposed to sweat in the gym and told me I could prop open the door. I’m paying a lot of money to stay at the hotel and if they can’t even fix the temperature in the gym is bad business. It was already 90 degrees outside and the inside thermostat was reading 78 for the gym.

The property is clean and well kept. Shopping is in walking distance… Restaurants are in walking distance also. What I didn’t like so much is the front desk staff. Female front desk staff could be a lot more engaging and friendly.
