We stayed here because this is where we stayed 5 years ago and loved it, but it’s went downhill quickly. No cleaning service was provided for our entire 4 night stay. There were 2 or 3 friendly employees and the rest acted annoyed when you ask them anything. We also watched a drone hover around our balcony until we spotted it, and it was flown away. The grounds and gardens that used to be so pretty have been neglected and are dirty and full of weeds. It’s also almost impossible to find parking. The view from the room was nice. The air conditioner worked. So there’s some good.

Todo estuvo bien lo único que no me gustó es que me cobraron un depósito antes de ingresar a la habitación cosa que nunca me lo habían hecho y espero que me lo devuelvan por lo demás todo estuvo bien limpieza y personal muy amable
