We enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful, staff were friendly and food was great. We loved the pool area very relaxing. Favorite part was how close we were to the beach and its beauty !

Room wasn’t clean! our white socks turned browned in just a couple steps. We stayed 5 days and not once was it vacuumed or cleaned.. the only room service was just bed making and swapped towels a couple of times (maybe 3 times). Spa wasn’t working! Indoor pool was ice cold. The location was nice and beach was amazing though.

Room door did not lock. Indoor and outdoor pool were not heated. No pool lights at night. Restaurant constantly short staffed and behind. Was very disappointed especially since we booked a trip with my 5yr old so he could swim and play at the beach. Would not recommend.

Room was great and staff was friendly. Was hard to eat a quick breakfast as the hotel filled up due to guests allowed to "preorder/pickup" food ahead of guests waiting to be seated. Find it ridiculous that you have to pay for "self serve" parking as a guest of the hotel.
