I booked from Monday night till Thursday Morning. With the cat 5 hurricane I wanted to get my family home back to Texas. So we left Tuesday afternoon. I was told that I was not going to get a refund for Wednesday. Why would I not get a refund for a day I checked out a whole day before. The woman working came out of the back with an attitude telling me “Noooo” with a rude look on her face when I asked if I could have my money back the the day I clearly won’t be there.

We had a nice stay and the hotel was in a convenient location near the naval base. I thought the price was a bit high compared to the other Holiday Inn Express nearby. 3 of 5 stars due to the price.
