It was the first time in a 16 hr drive and 3 hotels that we felt truly welcome like family not by people pretending and we didn’t feel degraded because we were English. My granddaughter has so far received a very poor introduction to Quebec. This place may have changed her mind!

We really liked the waterfront view from the room at ground level in the adjacent building. The Rocher Percé looked absolutely stunning both at sunset and sunrise (apparently 4:10 am).

Air conditioning was inadequate it was a good think the temperature dropped at night or it would have been unbearable. Phone in room did not work. Called to front desk because the noise was so bad ( sounded like people slamming doors ) went on for over 1 hr .Front desk told me it was the kitchen staff closing up I feel was unexceptionable. Would not stay again.

Les chambres ne sont pas dans le bâtiment principal. C'est plus comme un motel, stationnement devant la chambre, et pas de service aux chambres non plus. La chambre était vieille, la toilette ne flushait pas bien et on entendait les voisins. Par contre, le staff est très gentil, souriant et le restaurant était bon. La femme de ménage a bordé le toutou de ma fille, c'était vraiment mignon et gentil ♥️
