When we arrived we asked where we should park. We were told park along the street and at the pay and display, to get a three hour free ticket. I specifically asked if that three hour ticket would be enough to get us till the free parking at night and was told yes. She was wrong.

This is a value proposition. Inexpensive, clean, very pleasant staff. The room is stark, clean, bath good.

The sheets and lavatory were not prticularly cleanbut the breakfast was very good. No one there when I arrived at 2 pm so had to go away and carry my luggage all day. Servce in the morning very helpful and cheerful.

Comfortable Central Hotel

Very comfortable night in the Perigieux Ibis Hotel. Nice bed positioned leaving plenty of space in the room. Also the ensuite was modern, clean and spacious. Check in staff was friendly and helpfull.

The hotel staff was really wonderful. Very helpful. The beds were so comfortable. I had such a great night of sleep. The view from our window was quite nice as well as you could see the hillside in the distance. One thing that was a huge deterrent was that the hotel and especially the bedding, reeked of cigarettes. I complained to the staff who said it is a nonsmoking hotel and the offered to move us but I assumed that the whole building smelled. They offered us air freshener which was nice. Anyway, nothing to blame the hotel about if customers decide to ruin a place.

Comfortable and inexpensive

Hîtel was easy to find, check-in was very straightforward. The room was basic, but then this is a budget hotel. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of hot water in the shower. I missed a kettle in the room, but there was a free coffee dispenser on the ground floor. Pity the cups were not big enough to take a long coffee though. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient for the job, good coffee! Overall, for a night’s stay this was very comfortable and only a short walk (5 mins ) to the centre and restaurants. Well recommended for a short stay.

This hotel is cheap. If you want a spacious, luxurious and stylish room, this is not for you. If you want cheap, central, okay breakfast and pleasant staff, this place is ideal.
