Lovely stay in Perros Guirec
The house is comfortable and extremely clean. Perfect for a family of four. The garden is beautiful. Mr and Mrs Rolland are friendly and very helpful. Great base for visiting the area. A good 15 min walk to shops/restaurants/beach on quite busy roads, and a steep climb on the return, so take the free bus if mobility is an issue.

Very convenient for touring the area. Cottage very clean and comfortable. Owners most welcoming.
The main accommodation is all on on one level. However, there are steps to the front door and no wheelchair access so not suitable for disabled. We made good use of the table tennis table in the garage. The kitchen is well equiped with it's own small dining table. Good sized fridge but limited freezer space. The garden is beautiful and well stocked with apple trees and bushes. Ideal for relaxing on sunny days (we had plenty in early September). Beds are comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. Very useful electric shutters. The "pink granite" coast is a beautiful area to explore and easily accessible by car. Lots of very quiet sandy beaches nearby. Not over commercialised and plenty of reasonably priced eating places. (Recommend Lannion Leclerc for lunch). Excellent restaurant at the Grand Hotel in Port Blanc with a good fish menu. The Tuesday morning market in Tregastel is a must and close by is a SuperU hypermarket to cater for all your needs. As commented by other reviewers the road outside at times is rather busy but does not carry heavy traffic. Thanks to Claudine and Paul for a very enjoyable relaxing holiday. Would love to return sometime in the future. Stay September 2018. (Chris and Steve UK)

Location idéalement située
Maison spacieuse et lumineuse. Literie de très bonne qualité. Equipement complet. Très joli jardin clos, arboré avec espace détente très agréable. Le plus, de multiples jeux pour petits et grands à disposition (ping-pong, baby-foot, boules, jeux de société...). Accueil très sympathique de la part de nos hôtes. Et pour finir, une magnifique côte à découvrir à pied ! Nous y retournerons sûrement !

Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et très sympathiques. La maison est bien située dans Perros-Guirec, endroit très tranquille. Pour un séjour inoubliable
Nous ne pouvons que mettre 5/5 pour cette location dont la situation correspond aux attentes des vacanciers. Située non loin des commerces, de la plage ,du sentier des douaniers, et des sites principaux à voir, cette maison nous offre également un jardin florissant, au calme. La maison est lumineuse, il ne manque rien, d'une propreté irréprochable, très bonne literie, nous avons dormis comme des bébés! Les propriétaires sont accueillants et chaleureux, ils nous ont donné de très bons conseils à notre arrivée et nous les remercions pour leur délicate attention. Une adresse à retenir et de très bon rapport qualité prix.

Des hôtes adorables, très disponibles, presque "en famille". Location propre, tout équipée, bien située car très centrale. A noter : très beau jardin Derrière la maison, accessible en faisant le tour de la maison. Nous recommandons à 100%!
