We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott when my friends and I spent a weekend in Perth. The hotel was gorgeous - clean, quiet and very well appointed. The rooms were a good size, easily accommodating two adults and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were also friendly and obliging. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and I certainly will, when I am in Perth again.

We had breakfast included but found it very limited in regards to what we could order and eat. I had to order a xofffufor my wife and I ordered an ice coffee. Upon drinking my ice coffee I found it didn't come with milk and was just coffee with ice cubes in it. Was pretty disappointed considering they charged me $7 for it.

A brand new property just 5 minutes walk from the train station at Murdoch. Very quiet and obviously very close to the multiple hospitals and healthcare facilities

Loved to quality of the rooms and features. Great beds, mirrors, shower and ensuite. A desk with a power point would have been a nicer feature than a small table. Didn't like the misinformation we were given regards parking. $5 per hour capped at $25 a day was incorrect. Normal guests who check in a 3pm and leave at 10am or 11am the next day are up for a parking fee of $45 or $50 per day to park there car in "Secure Parking" (the allocated parking arrangements for the hotel) which is not secure as they accept no responsibility if something happens anyway. The hotel needs to work out a better deal with parking arrangements with "Secure Parking" because $50 for parking is a rip off.

Staff was amazing! Tenzen at front office was so helpful, witty and guided us well. Breakfast was pretty delicious. Location of the place is next to the Hospital. There is a train station nearby. Queen size beds were small, we did not sleep well. Free parking was available.

We dined in the restaurant for our adults daughters birthday! Booked a table for 8, the staff were amazing and prompt and professional service all round! However the food was not up to standards Parmigiana was very dry/overcooked! The Barramundi was just nice but definitely not complimented by the salad! The steak was chewy for a medium rare! The salads were not made with love! However the chips were yummy!

Nice and clean. One point to note for improvement: the confusing use of the shared lifts with Murdoch Residences could be improved by using different colour name plates for the main label description of the actual lift button panel. They now look exactly the same and it's easy to access the wrong panel of buttons.
