We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott when my friends and I spent a weekend in Perth. The hotel was gorgeous - clean, quiet and very well appointed. The rooms were a good size, easily accommodating two adults and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were also friendly and obliging. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and I certainly will, when I am in Perth again.

We had breakfast included but found it very limited in regards to what we could order and eat. I had to order a xofffufor my wife and I ordered an ice coffee. Upon drinking my ice coffee I found it didn't come with milk and was just coffee with ice cubes in it. Was pretty disappointed considering they charged me $7 for it.

NOTE: parking is terrible! 1st not told about the parking on check in. 2nd parking is now privatised ! So basically extortion ! Over $100 of parking over the 2 nights. 3rd you cant even park close to the lift that goes up to the hotel...that parking boomgate only lets in residents. Which no one told me when i was trying to get in at 1am only wanting to go to sleep!. Everthing else here is amazing ! Great for day procedures where it might be hard to get home etc. Made the gfs hospital visit much easier.

This hotel is the best I have ever experienced. And I travel a lot. The service deserves 20 stars out of 5. The staff are excellent and read every wish from the guests' eyes. It really couldn't be better. If you have a relative in the hospital next door, it's really incredibly uplifting to find an almost family-like atmosphere. I would also like to make special mention of Marinel. The hotel manager James is wonderful and helpful and there for you, as are all the staff. Excellent and many many more Stars. Thanks to all.

The unavailability of free parking for guests is a concern, particularly when room rates are quite high. Staff didn't explain it that well and the map we were given was not that useful really. It was a bit if a rude shock really at checkin after a long journey. I would not advise friends to stay there due to the parking
