This is a very special “maisonette” apartment, built in an 1864 historic property in Downtown Heritage Perth. There is a private entryway and one flight of stairs leading to this beautiful Parisian style unit.
The kitchen and a sitting nook are on the lower level and the upper level is the entire third floor of the building, including the living / dining room, bedroom & bathroom, with a sweeping view of the beautiful Tay Basin. There is a 170-year-old exposed stone wall in the living room!
We provide all of the necessities including linens, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. All utensils, cookware etc are provided. Internet is free along with an HD Smart TV .
The Latakia maisonette unit is centrally located and is adjacent to our Art Gallery, Studio 87 and Décor à la Mode et Voilà design and fashion centre boutique.
For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.
The nearest airport is Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport, about 65 km away.
The neighbourhood: our Latakia unit is located diagonally across the street from the Town Hall in central heritage Perth. The building backs onto the Tay River Basin so you can bring your ‘water toys’. We are just steps away from the Crystal Palace reception hall for special events and weddings.
