Two bedroom cottage surrounded by farmland and the beaches along the Pacific Coast Highway, but quiet with the sound of waves crashing in the distance. Sweeping views of the coastline from the front half of the cottage, with 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, plus a sofa in the living room that that converts to a double bed. Full bathroom with tub and shower, laundry and utility room for those sandy days, ample living room with Smart tv and surround sound, Netflix and Amazon.
A fully equipped kitchen, gas stove, fridge and freezer, spring water, tea, coffee, gas outdoor bbq. The property is a ten-minute walk to the beach, with beach towels and chairs for your enjoyment, and a dog-friendly place to complete the family vacation (because without the dog along, how could if be perfect?)

We are in one of the last small towns of the Bay area, with a sweet downtown including one gas station and taqueria, as well as the bodega supplies you'll need. Across the street is Duarte's, here for over a hundred years, with a tavern and restaurant, famous for artichoke soup, pie, and nice family meals you'd expect from a local joint.
There is also a deli, and several retail shops featuring local artists.
