Cozy recently renovated two-room apartment in a residence with swimming pool a stone's throw from the lake, ideal for a couple's holiday, however, up to 3 people can stay thanks to the comfortable sofa bed with wooden slats, which can be transformed into 1 or 2 single beds. It has a terrace with table, chairs and a splendid view of the park and swimming pool. The apartment has been furnished with meticulous care and equipped with every comfort to make the most of your holiday.

It is a very welcoming apartment with attention to every detail. In the living room, in addition to the kitchen complete with pots, dishes and other utensils necessary for cooking, you will have a basic supply at your disposal to make your holiday easier (olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee). A delightful corner designed for your breakfast with coffee machine for pods, toaster, kettle, teapot, cups and welcome breakfast. The living area is completed by a comfortable and practical sofa, which can be transformed into a sofa bed complete with linen and a wall equipped with a 65-inch smart TV with Astra and Hotbird SAT channels, free Wi-Fi with 35GB per week, air conditioning and heating guarantee maximum comfort. comfort to our guests. Bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine, hairdryer, bathroom linen, courtesy soap and shampoo. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed with generous wardrobe, 32 inch TV, set of sheets and light blankets. Sole Garda Relax is located inside an elegant residence (Dogana), well cared for and immersed in a splendid park with convenient parking, it is a very welcoming complex, which offers relaxation for couples and families. The residence is fenced and protected so that you can let your children play in total tranquility inside the park.

Always available for any information both regarding accommodation and your stay in Peschiera del Garda. Inside the apartment our guests will find advertising material for parks or activities in the surrounding area.

Check-in time is between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm, unless otherwise agreed, while check-out time is by 10.00 am.

In the Residence there is an hour of silence from 00.00 to 8.00 and from 13 to 15.

With the delivery of the keys, you will be given a device for opening the electric gate and all the information necessary for your stay will be given (waste collection, quiet times, common and private spaces).

The apartment is STRICTLY non-smoking, you can only smoke on the balcony!!! (due to passive smoking, an additional cost of €50 will be applied if we need to thoroughly wash curtains and fabrics).

TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax of the Municipality of Peschiera del Garda, equal to €1.50 per person, must be added to the indicated price upon arrival. The tourist tax will be applied to all adults (from 13 years of age) for each overnight stay up to a maximum of 21 consecutive nights in the facility.


A DEPOSIT FOR ANY DAMAGES is not requested, we therefore recommend our guests to have respect for the furnishings and for all the things present in Sole Garda Relax in order to avoid having to ask for damages for any possible breakage.
IT IS FORBIDDEN to organize parties or receptions.

The presence of unofficially registered guests is FORBIDDEN.
