Lovely location
We had 11 people stay (5 kids, 6 adults) and could accomodate all of us in the 3 bedrooms and 2 in the lounge. The rural location was superb with the lakes/beaches a short drive away, the L Aube river 'beach' with rope swing, the pool and Nigloland. Sylvie was incredibly helpful and responsive. We did have some issues with the leaking following some heavy thunderstorms. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and meeting the sheep.

Grosse déception
Personne ne nous a accueilli. La cuisine est décrépite, la vaisselle sale à relaver pour cause , nous avons du nettoyer le filtre du lave vaisselle, idem pour la machine à laver, le four était très sale et difficile d'utilisation.L'état du logement est vétuste, et les peintures se défont par plaques, l'installation électrique est loin d'être aux normes (multiprises branchées sur multiprises) l'escalier qui mène aux chambres est dangereux rendant la sécurité incendie insuffisante, des matelas sont coincés au dessus de l'escalier, il y a beaucoup beaucoup de meubles, de chaises, de fauteuils inutiles et encombrant l'espace inutilement.Les rideaux de la chambre donnant sur la route ne sont pas occultants et il est regrettable que les volets aient été enlevés car il y a un lampadaire qui claire toute la nuit.La piscine n'a pas pu être utilisée car des abeilles avaient envahi la base (mais cela ne peut être reprocher à la propriétaire) Quel dommage car le charme de cette vieille maison est indéniable et la région très jolie.

L'emplacement est top, proche de Nigloland et lacs de la région. L'extérieur est agréable, les enfants ont apprécié la présence des moutons. La propriétaire est accessible et réactive. Dommage que la maison manque d'entretien et présente des problèmes d'humidité (visibles sur les murs), avec l'odeur qui va avec!

Zomer 2 weken.
We zijn goed ontvangen door de eigenaresse en partner. Ze heeft alles laten zien en uitgelegd. Ze spreekt geen engels hij een beetje. En anders google translate. Het huis heeft een beetje opknapbeurt nodig hier en daar. Maar alles is aanwezig. Zwembad is super als het de heledag mooi zonnig is. Wij vonden het prima en de hond kon heerlijk in de tuin.

Espace agréable pour un court séjour en famille. Avec 2 sdb et WC séparés. Cuisine bien équipée. Bonne indication donnée au téléphone pour notre arrivée Dommage en terme d'organisation que le frigo fut éteint à notre arrivée (après des heures de route nous pensions pouvoir mettre de suite nos produits au frais), paire de chaussette retrouvée sous un matelas et verres sales dans le placard... Nous aurions préféré un peu plus d'attention au ménage. Accès rapide aux commerces en voiture, et au lac d'amance.

Petit village très calme au charme désuet. Malgré le fait que nous n'ayons pas croisé notre hôte, Sylvie a été très disponible et prévenante. La maison est "old school" mais fonctionnelle et chaleureuse. Juste ce qu'il faut pour quelques jours en famille et entre amis.

Typical old french farmhouse, partly renovated. Nice garden under a beautiful tree and good pool
Quiet, spacious and charming place. Don’t expect a fully renovated house but everything you need is there and the important things work. On the front side you can sit privately and in plenty of shadow under a beautiful tree. In the back a small pool which is great. Some shadow in the back, near the pool would we a great improvement.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans une maison chaleureuse. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Petit bémol quant à l odeur de remontées d egouts a l etage. Mais sinon très bien.
