We got 4th floor beach view! Kind of disappointed we did not know about the fire pits on the beach but we got there late. Downfall is no free breakfast and the bugs, but it was good views of the bridge! Will stay again

Lovely vacation

It was quite lovely, beachfront seating, the hot tub was nice, the beds comfy, and the water pressure was incredible. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff was helpful and the suite itself was very nice--well laid out and spacious, with neat lighting, plus a patio with a really nice view of the water. On the downside, the room's soundproofing was absolutely not what it should have been. In the interior room closest to the hallway, you could hear doors slamming, people talking, kids screaming and running, all clear as a bell. Woke me up way early every day I was there. My fellow light sleepers, look elsewhere.

Very disappointing stay at Beach and Bay Inn. Our room was in run down condition and did not feel clean. Air vents were rusty and dirty. The highlight of the room was the patio overlooking the beach.

Not good!!! A/C did not work properly, cleanliness issues, view out rear showed lack of maintenance as well as open sewer pipe lying in the water. Complained to front desk concerning A/C issues. They sent maintenance person first night (6/10). Thought they fixed the problem but didn’t. Mentioned to front desk next morning (6/11). Not very accommodating. Told them to have another room available when we returned for the evening. They put us in the adjoining room. The room was better but still had A/C issues. The outside temp was in the 50’s and 60’s. Thermostat showed 74. I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff were not very personalable. Coffee in lobby was luke warm and by time you added creamer, it was cold. Sign at check-in desk advertised discounted tickets for ferry to island, was told the night before they "aren't selling them" with no further instructions. Asked the next morning and was told I don't have any available. Rooms were okay, ours was "buggy", like someone left window or door open before we checked in.
