Nice hotel
Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast served at time requested. Small indoor pool always a good option for the kids. Convenient valet parking on-site for about $5 US per day. Only downside was city noises (alarms, cars, etc.) outside window pretty much all night long. Next time I will try a room on higher floor facing away from the street.

Great location, new
Good location, big rooms, noisy on 1st floor with parking garage bell ringing all night, the valcony facing the street has road noise and the light from outside hallway comes under the door where the bed faces directly. Ive stayed before in the larger rooms on higher floor where this isnt an issue. Breakfast to the room is a nice touch but clearlt prepared a few hours earlier so loses its freshness.

Ótima localização p/ passear no Centro Histórico
Excelente localização para passear no centro histórico à pé. Quarto muito amplo mesmo, com dois cômodos independentes sendo uma suíte com cama de casal, além de outro banheiro para uso comum. Tudo muito novo. Cooktop por indução. Piscina de bem quentinha no terraço, de formato retangular e ao centro certamente inspirada em piscinas de banho romanas. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. E apresenta um shopping ao lado para eventuais necessidades de compra, refeição e entretenimento. E ao lado da rua Tereza, onde se concentram inúmeras lojas de roupas com boa qualidade e preço.

Atendimento péssimo
O check in foi terrível. Viajei com pessoas idosas e por isso me comuniquei com a central do hotel e com o próprio hotel para solicitar que os quartos ficassem no mesmo andar pois precisava prestar assistência as idosas. Está solicitação foi confirmada como aceita através do WhatsApp. Ao chegarmos informaram q não havia disponibilidade para todos no mesmo andar. Não bastasse isso um dos quartos disponibilizados estava sujo, ainda com o café da manhã servido, cama desarrumada etc. Após muito esperarmos nos acomodaram no segunda do andar que tinha corredores sujos. Foi realmente uma decepção pois não tiveram nenhum tipo de respeito e consideração com nossa família. O hotel parecia muito agradável e acredito que se não fosse esse caos causado no check in teríamos uma boa estadia. Realmente lamentavel

Tinha uma grande expectativa para a estadia mas foi decepcionante. A proposta do hotel é muito boa. A estrutura do quarto excelente. Mas.... a limpeza poderia ser melhor e ter mais variedade de utensílios. Mas o decepcionante foi o cafe da manhã. Quando voce viaja a lazer e opta por uma estadia do tipo hotel voce espera um bom cafe da manhã com uma variedade de alimentos e que estes sejam saborosos. Porém, parecia uma refeição de hospital de tão frugal que foi, tinha pouca opções de comida, pouca qualidade e quantidade. Infelizmente, promete mais do que oferece.

A estadia em geral foi maravilhosa, mas gostaria de deixar uma sugestão quanto ao café da manhã que é servido no quarto, para ser perfeito o certo como a maioria dos hotéis o cafe da manhã ser em local separado com mais variedades. Outra sugestão é ter o estacionamento gratuito, uma vez que já estamos nos hospedando no hotel, mínimo seria o estacionamento gratuito.

Hotel ótimo e localização maravilhosa! Limpeza deixou a desejar e os quartos não possuem espelho , somente o do banheiro! Isso é primordial pra quem vai passar o fds numa cidade cheia de atrativos e precisa se arrumar pra ir nos lugares.
