Minha estadia foi muito boa, é bom estar em um hotel com um clima de interior. Fui muito bem recebida pela funcionária Muriel. O lado negatiovo é que parece que os funcionários, parecem estar em clima de grande incerteza, não sei se seria pela gerencia do hotel, juntamente com a pandemia. Este clima ficou evidente no dia em que um estranho invadiu o hotel e uma das funcionárias foi atacada verbalmente, ela se descontrolou e disse que iria embora. Isso é um pouco estranho, pois quando o local de trabalho é bom, um funcionário não deseja abandonar o local quando se depara com uma dificuldade. Além disso as medidas de segurança quanto a pandemia estão muito flexíveis. Estive no hotel Malibu, e lá toda vez que entregavam as chaves eles passavam alcool líquido, a refeição era servida por eles mesmos, e para evitar contaminação dos funcionários, a limpeza era feita somente quando o hospede fazeia o check out, o que acho seguro para a equipe, que é o coração da empresa. Enfim o hotel é muito lindo, porém me parece mal gerenciado. Como torço para a cidade de vassouras, ficaria feliz em saber que futuramente eventos estão acontecendo no hotel, para atrair mais turistas.

Hotel bem localizado próximo ao Centro, ficamos hospedados no prédio anexo II onde as camas são bem confortáveis, limpeza diária, o café da manhã é a parte , mas gostamos bastante, com sucos de frutas. A piscina estava limpa.

Considerei minha estadia boa. Em um primeiro momento fomos direcionados a um quarto que necessitava de sérias reformas (no casarão) mas pedimos um quarto sem os problemas detectados no anterior e fomos atendidos de pronto. O quarto seguinte (no prédio) era beeeem melhor. Cama muito confortável, roupa de cama e toalhas novas, ar condicionado funcionando bem e excelente atendimento dos funcionários. Outros itens precisam ser melhorados, como: reformas nos banheiros, tv (poucos canais e irregulares), maior variedade no café da manhã.

O Hotel é simples, mas os quartos são extremamente limpos, ar gelado, frigobar gelando bastante. Os funcionários são muito gentis, em especial Seu Paulo, do bar da piscina. A localização é excelente. A piscina é ótima e os jardins são lindos. Não optamos por café da manhã.

Cumpre o que promete, mas não promete muito...
Estadia curta, de apenas uma noite. O hotel é bem simples, mas cumpre o que promete. Dentre seus problemas mais notórios, o banheiro precisando urgentemente de uma modernização. Embora a qualidade do banho seja boa (bastante água e aquecimento rápido). Também o sinal da TV é muito ruim. TV a cabo disponível, mas com pouquíssimos canais e todos com péssima qualidade de imagem. O sinal do Wi-Fi também é sofrível. Destaque positivo para a cama, o atendimento atencioso e para a parte externa bem cuidada e que atende perfeitamente a uma reunião de amigos ou familiares.
