During our two-night stay, we had the unfortunate experience of dining at the hotel restaurant in Mui Ne. Our expectations were not met, as we encountered numerous issues. Firstly, during dinner, we waited for around 30 minutes just to receive our drinks. We hoped for improvement the next morning, but were disappointed when our order for an omelette was served as fried eggs instead, adding another 20 minutes of wait time for our Pho. The most frustrating aspect was the lack of receptiveness from the staff, particularly a lady who I believe is related to the owner. Despite our feedback, she adamantly insisted that their restaurant was the best in Mui Ne, disregarding our concerns. In my opinion, this was the worst dining experience I’ve had, and I cannot recommend this establishment due to its poor service and standards.
