From the moment I arrived, my stay at the Aloft Philadelphia Airport was nothing short of fantastic. The convenience of its location, just minutes away from the airport terminals, complemented by a free shuttle service, made it the perfect choice for my travel needs. The room was a highlight—with a modern, chic design that Aloft is known for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep after a long day of travel. The amenities were top-notch as well; free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, and the large flat-screen TV offered an extensive selection of channels. One of the standout features was the customer service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities that enhanced my stay. The fitness center was well-equipped and clean, ideal for a quick workout before my flight. Additionally, the lobby bar had a great atmosphere in the evening, perfect for relaxing with a drink. The staff can use a refresher in soft skills. Except for Jordan who checked us in on the 9th and the wonderful young lady who checked us out on the 18th. Both young ladies in between those 2 really acted like we were serving them. And why is the deposit so darn high?? I prepaid for both rooms and still had a hold for 250.00 each time!

Great hotel by a large margin.
After being yelled at and threatened by a United Airlines customer service representative, checking in to Aloft was a wonderful experience. Effortless professionalism from a bar tender (I wish I asked for her name) and every other staff member was a much welcomed experience. The room was super clean and comfortable. I travel a lot for work and in today's environment of highly deteriorating services this particular Aloft hotel is really outstanding. Well done.

The location was within 15-20 minutes of everywhere I had to be. The staff was very courteous. I wish I had time to use the pool. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely come back on my next trip.

We arrived at 4:15 (check in is at 3) and our room wasnt ready. The woman at the desk had no idea when it would be ready. We were heading to a game so we didnt even get into our room until after the game. We were only staying for one night so it was a huge inconvenience.
