Some staff not very friendly or courteous. I was given a double room instead of king size at check in, when I went to front desk to address this the staff seemed annoyed to change rooms. New room heat system was not working and I had to wait some time for maintenance to arrive. There was also a lot of noise in lobby which could be heard on the third floor and the staff did nothing to quiet down a young woman who was screaming on her cell phone.

I was given a room in which the heater was not working, when we reached out to the front desk they stated they were aware the heater was not working and advised us to come down to get blankets (20f degrees outside). Staff at the hotel during check in weren’t the most friendly appeared they were bothered I was verifying how much I woild Be charged and they began to tell me False info just to turn the check in process.

Access to the Delta Pantry was lovely. Snack and drink options included a variety of healthy and tasty choices. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was both reasonably priced and good. All hotels seem to charge for parking and the Delta was the most reasonable. Easy access to highways. Jada has phenomenal customer service.

Delta flights were severely delayed due to a power outage and I was forced to get a hotel as I rebooked for the next day. The hotel day manager let me and another lady check in mid morning for our night reservation. It was to be able to eat breakfast in the small restaurant and get snacks and coffee at the little market. My heat didn’t work initially but they fixed it right away. It would have been nice to have a little store for travel size supplies for those like me who get stuck by the airport. But overall a great Marriott experience.
