Valet was perfect and easy and even got the car pulled back up earlier than expected at checkout. Check in was a breeze and signage was easy to understand to get to the lobby. The room was spotless and smelled fresh and clean the VIEW was STELLAR. I would most certainty recommend this hotel to anyone!

A lovely location and helpful staff. Having in building laundry was a huge plus! However the noise of traffic we could hear from our room was a huge downside and something potential clients should keep in mind when choosing this location.

The staff was friendly and professional. We had an issue when someone opened the door to our room on our second night, but the front desk and manager heard our complaint and compensated us, while assuring us that it would be addressed, as it appeared to be an employee entering the wrong room. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and being eco-friendly is a plus. The location is good for seeing all parts of Philadelphia.
