Pros: The room was clean and convenient to the exit. The staff were very pleasant. I was in the 1st floor and it was very quiet. Breakfast is only coffee and pre-packaged muffins. Cons: There were no pots, pans, dishes or coffee pot in the room. You have to go to the front desk to order them. (No charge) I'm glad my son was with me because trying to carry. A dish rack, pot, pan, plates, bowls, mugs, coffee pot, utensils and dishes clothes alone would have been horrible. Out of two burners only one worked. The dresser didn't have the fronts to them and they were in horrible condition. The faucet in the tube ran all night long. The upside is I was told they would be starting renovations the next day. I witnessed it myself. There was a large crew removing old beds and furniture. The staff did apologize in advance for any loud noises or banging. I didn't hear anything. Funny enough. I was only there because I was having renovations to my house.

I stayed here 2 nights. My room was clean. That's the only compliment I have. It was very dated. I didn't have a phone in my room to call the front desk. When you hit the information tab on the television to tell you about the hotel and things in the area, the screen was blank. The outlets didn't have built in charging ports, so I had to buy a plug to go into the outlet. Water pooled around my feet when I showered each day. Housekeeping did not come make the bed or empty the trash neither day, yet they had a tipping envelope on the desk. "Breakfast" wasn't breakfast; it was a small storage buffet with muffins or a protein bar and coffee/tea that you take back to your room to eat. In their defense, they were starting a renovation project so hopefully they fix some of the things aforementioned.

Room furniture was pretty bad, curtain didnt cover the whole window ! Window leaks Also you have quiet time, was watching tv and had to shut it off ! Will not stay here again

It was a senior’s or person with limited mobility’s nightmare. The hotel is so fearful of losing kitchen and unit items there are none in the unit except one dish rag. No dishes, silverware, paper towels, nothing. I was told handicap rooms only on third floor. Elevator broke and other residents told me it’s almost a daily occurrence. I called front desk to help me downstairs and I got bad attitude and was told no one could help. I checked out 2 days early fearful of my safety.

Most of the staff were pretty nice but others were blatantly rude. In my suite the refrigerator barely worked and the freezer not at all, the latch lock was broken off, the bathroom light didn’t work for the entire 2 weeks I stayed even though I reported the problems during my first week. I was told that the only maintenance person had been away on vacation. Because of the freezer problems I lost $50 worth of food and had to go out to eat (further cost to me). I requested a different room and was told that they could not accommodate my request. Showering was extremely dangerous with no working light. It should also be noted that a large majority of the other guests were spillover from the local shelter. I didn’t mind the people at all, but be aware there are many families who live here so be prepared for the noise of families who have been living in very close quarters for weeks or months on end.

This place smells of smoke! The elevator didn’t work and we were on the 3rd floor! No coffee in the room but they have a “grab and go” breakfast! The HVAC is loud and the lighting could use an upgrade
