The hotel was clean, pleasant and very comfortable. The room was very comfortable, and bed and bedding were just right, very cozy. I was happy that the hotel does not use heavy room deoderizers, which is a problem for me when I stay places and have to air out the room. The hotel is located in a very industrial highway area convenient to the airport. The only "minus" I had was that there wasn't a better variety of snacks or microwavable meals at the reception desk, and no additional vending machines.

Awful hotel
This hotel is old with rundown rooms and lousy service. The girls at the front were on personal calls every time we went to get help. The HVAC is extremely loud. Awful place DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The hotel is easily accessible, and pleasant. Our room, however, seemed unprepared for our stay ... perhaps the maid service was interrupted when supplying bathroom items. Breakfast items were standard; breakfast area was comfortable. Recommend all bathrooms be equipped with handicap bars, and provide rub bathmats for tub surface. Bathrooms can be very slick and dangerous when wet. We have stayed here before, and most likely will return to this hotel. The desk staff, both checking in and leaving, were great.

We just stayed overnight in between flights from Philadelphia airport. They have a 24 hr. airport shuttle every 20 minutes which is mainly why we chose this hotel. But it was quiet, even though we went to sleep very early. Very comfortable bed. Nothing to complain about.

-No one from front of house staff was available when we got there; when we asked for someone we were told we’d have to wait another hour cause the front desk staff is in a meeting; we requested a manager -someone came out and seemed annoyed that we were there and was not courteous at all -we arrived at 1 hoping for early check in and were told check in was at 3…which is why we were asking for early check in as it was only 2hrs away and it was a Tuesday; magically there was a room available - so all this attitude for nothing -front desk had a sign warning guests of frequent break ins in their parking lot -room smelled and was old -would not recommend

I turned off the fan and heat but there was a constant noise so it was difficult to sleep and kept waking up due to constant noise. I also could not get on the internet. I went there for 4 hours of sleep and did not get it.
