Second and last time we’ll stay here. Last time only air conditioning worked in room. They moved us across the hall. It’s been over two weeks and a piercing emergency alarm blasts in the lobby night & day. Those poor people who work there! No toilet paper nor tissues in room, had to ask. Shuttle bus 15 minutes late leaving in the morning. Enough is enough.

Worst service I have ever received. I tried to call about the airport shuttle and got hung up on. The airport shuttle took 40 mins to arrive. When i arrived the fire alarm was going off and when I left the next morning, it was still going on.

The place and our room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room keys stopped working and they were more than helpful getting us new ones.
