Right next to the airport and a 15 minute drive from all the stadiums. Water was cold in our showerand was told we weren't going to have that issue when checking in. Except that it was a decent stay.

No Hot Water for the three days we were there Sunday-Wednesday so it was not over a weekend. Overall hotel was fine bedding was fine a little older bathroom but it was fine. Only issue was no hot water in hotel when I asked was told day one working on it when we got back to hotel was told it was fixed. It was not again was told they were working on it. Next day we asked again first staff was understanding and went to find a coworker ro confirm. Coworker then went on a rant that it was not her fault and why are people asking me I just got back from being off this is not my problem why are people asking me about this. When we checked out we were told yes they received other complaints about the rude staff member and were writing down phone numbers to offer a refund. Never got a call. Overall is hot water was working it would be fine stay but with the reaction of that staff and no hot water not a great stay, Had breakfast on Tuesday and it was good was going to go Wednesday but realized no hot water so was nervous about eating there if they did not have hot water to clean.

There was no hot water. The description of the hotel said there was a parking fee. When I asked about it at check in, to make sure we didn’t get towed, I was just waived away and told to “not worry about it.” The check in was not welcoming. The utility wall was open in our room. The hallways were hot. The AC unit in the room was loud and was either super hot or super cold. It was not a pleasant experience.

Check-in was very slow. Although there were 2 people at the desk only one was checking people in, and a line formed. The woman behind me was quite agitated with the delay. The room was fine, and the bed was comfortable. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower, which was a very unpleasant star to the day. When we checked out the staff didn’t ask how our stay was, barely engaged at all, and told me they’re looking into it when I brought up the cold shower. I would expect something like a parking discount for that kind of inconvenience. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Didn’t like very high (surprise) charge for parking (even though it was waived due to broken AC) - who does that?! No fan in bathroom, good grief! Broken AC - humidity in room seemed 100%. No free breakfast - nothing? I've been in motels that did better. Restaurant very expensive.

Oh where do I start. After driving 8 hours I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 (check-in time is 3) and none of the double rooms were ready. Ok fine, I was comped a night of parking for the inconvenience. I get into the room, TV is not working. After looking around for a reason I find the cable wire half out of the wall, a electrical outlet is wiggly and the plug for tv barely plugged in on top of 2 other plugs. Also, the AC wall unit cover was off the wall and resting on the floor. I went to the front desk and was moved to another room but if was obvious that I upset the staff. (I will be honest, I did walk up to the desk with a bit of attitude but I was tired and after having to wait for the room it's in an unsafe unacceptable condition.) After settling into the new room I went back to my car for something. I came back in and went to the desk asking about the breakfast offered in their lobby restaurant. With an attitude I was "handed" a menu. Ok fine, your hotel is overbooked and now you're down another room because you moved me, I get it but really...This is all day one. Day two, no hot water. Yup you read that right, no hotel water starting around 8am and it never came back on before we checked out on day 3. I was told multiple times it was being worked on but at one point I was told that it was up and working....still no hot water in my room. The hotel has potential if the property was actually kept up.

We did not receive the room we reserved, the hotel was unable to provide a roll away crib, and there was no hot water in the room. On the plus side the staff was friendly and the pool was clean and well kept.

Industrial area front desk wasn’t the friendliest and asked what time I was checking out elevator needs servicing and cleaning has weird smell hallway 4th floor musty smelling room was also very musty smelling ac was super loud every time it turned on room was spacious bed was comfy and bathroom was clean $25 to park/nightly the morning got up at 8 went to shower no hot water very disappointing checked out past 9 and still no hot water checkout was at 12 but housekeeping is in hallway talking loud up and down hallway by 730am sink was clogged very slow to go down
