Find another hotel!
There was something shady about our stay here. We had the “do not disturb” sign on the door and the maids kept knocking. This didn’t just happen once either, it was multiple times. We then went in a deep dive and found out thievery has happened at this location from staff via other reviews, just two months ago. This doesn’t make you feel comfortable to leave your room at all, especially your valuables. Then at 3am chaos broke free and a fire alarm woke us up and we had to evacuate the building via the stairwell, with no communication as to what was happening from staff members. We were on the 10th floor and by the time we got to the 2nd floor, the alarm just stopped. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

You beg for towels but the location is great
We had to ask for towels every time we wanted to shower and had to deal with attitude. We asked for a towel the first night that never came. We had one trash can and ended up emptying it ourselves. The desk has a rolling footstool for a chair so I was unable to work. We saw a mouse in the dining area so we refused the hot breakfast the final day of our stay. We never found the gym and didn’t want to bother the staff after being treated like we asked to move a mountain when we asked for a towel. Valet is $70 per day and I didn’t even know it existed until we liked for parking for 20 minutes. There were some pros thought. The shower was decent, the location is great, and the price is reasonable. Because of the location, you get a good bang for your buck. Just don’t expect normal hotel treatment.

Very clean and friendly staff
We went to Philadelphia for a concert and it was very convenient to stay at this hotel because it is downtown and close to where the concert was. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The complementary breakfast was very good too. The only complaint I have is that they do not have parking but there are many lots around.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. We appreciated the breakfast being included and the access to coffee, tea, and water all day. I would recommend adding an additional set of towels in the rooms.

Good location unfortunately parking is always an issue did not like that I had to pay 57$ a day for parking. Bathrooms were dirty and tub was clogged and never taken care of after multiple attempts at counter to fix. Showering in backed up water is not good. towels with stains.
