The staff at this hotel were excellent! They truly wish to make the guest feel welcome and at home. There were some aspects of the stay that could be improved: -There was A LOT of dust in some areas of the room, such as on the top of the light near the closet. -The toilet paper was terrible quality and caused us discomfort. -The toilet is separate from the sink area, which is inconvenient and annoying when needing to use the bathroom at night. -The air conditioning unit did produce cold air, but struggled to maintain a stable temperature in the room.

Business trip. Stayed for 2 nights. The room was simple but very comfortable. Even in the 4th floor it wasn’t very noisy at all. Fantastic pillows so good night rest. Valet expensive but worth it when downtown as there are not many places to park. Thank you.
