Uninformed..

I live in New York and booked my stay online. We came to Philly for a concert and only stayed one night. The pics of the rooms online are a bit deceiving, We parked in the valet parking below the hotel. We were informed the next morning at check out that the garage is privately owned and we were charged almost $70 to retrieve the car.

Check the sheets first!

When we pulled back the sheets to go to bed, the bottom sheet had brown stains that resembled feces. We called the front desk to change the sheets and were delivered a new bottom sheet with no apologies or offer to remake bed or move room. It was late and we were tired so we made up the bed ourselves. Very disturbing. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

Great newer spot near Rittenhouse Square.

First time there, but it won't be my last. I had a king corner room, and it was amazing. Quiet. Comfortable. With a great view. And I've always loved the area, as there's so much good food and other things very close by.
