Barely warm water in the shower that turned to cold once I got soaped up. After first night room was not made up. Had to complain then it was made up next night. Breakfast was awful. I actually booked here because of having a good breakfast in the past. Apparently new owners that have cheapened everything. The only thing good was the coffee.

Stayed for a quick overnight before the National Dog Show. Check in was easy and the room was seemingly pretty clean. However, the drab, outdated, uninspired decor of the room and hotel itself were not very welcoming. If I’m spending $200 for one night in a chain hotel in King of Prussia, I just expect a little more oomph. Good spot for a snooze, but nothing beyond that.

I booked a weekend for me and my fiancé to enjoy his birthday and I booked through this app and yesterday night which would be December 7 around 11 o’clock one of the staff members who I’m guessing was on night shift decided to randomly kick us out of our hotel room didn’t give us any accommodations took a photo of my ID and then said it was for security purposes so I am not too happy with it. I do have the name of the woman I’m just not gonna put her out like that because I want to be nice this one time but best believe if you guys are going to book at this hotel, make sure you come with receipts and make sure you are very Stern with this individual that I’m speaking of

Comfortable and Clean
My one disappointment was with the breakfast. The hot food items were not enjoyable at all (I wish establishments would stop using powdered eggs) and the sausages were essentially hockey pucks. They had oranges out but that was it for fresh fruit. The hotel was very stark. They were going for a modern look I’m sure but it looks and feels very cold. All the table tops were bare and it definitely not somewhere I would want to send any time. Our room was comfortable and large enough for a family of 6. I didn’t see any issue with cleanliness, which is a big plus. My kids enjoyed the pool as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would likely stay again.

It’s “non-smoking”, but our room smelled like marijuana skunk. The 2 overwhelmed employees at the front desk changed the room after some computer issues while we waited 10 minutes. New room was better, but very warm. The heater kept ticking when it wasn’t blowing furiously loud. These 2 sounds alternated randomly and made it tough, along with being able to hear the neighbors phone calls and hide & seek games, hard to sleep. The mattress that sunk in with no support probably would have made it hard enough. There’s breakfast food. It’s okay. We went out for breakfast after the first day. The ketchup bags were all stuck together. The seating area is small. There’s lemon-water in the entrance way. It’s tepid and who knows how fresh. That was another 1 and done. Just a look at the pool was enough. Didn’t venture in.
